Even though it wasnt Christmas .. it felt like it

The accomodation is more than adequate and every thing was catered for, lounge cosy and suitable for two with a separate dining room. The kitchen is nicely decorated and again every thing had been though of. Bedrooms upstairs made or good sleeping !!!
Being in the centre it was lovely to go for walks through the village and into the countryside with out moving your car.

On arriving, the house was spotless and welcoming. There is a large back garden to take advantage of and the views out the back are lovely.

Sightseeing in the area is easy as motorway and rural roads are very easy to access.

A fabulous cottage......

We were the first to stay at this lovely cottage. It is beautifully decorated, clean and the owners Jo & Veronica have thought of everything you could need. Delightful cottage and town

Knoll Cottage was extremely well equiped and delightfully furnished. Everything possible was provided.
Bakewell itself is a lovely town, spick and span,friendly and the cleanest, litter-free place I have ever visited.(dog friendly pubs too).
Parking is a bit of a problem but a very minor inconveinience.
