Ute 202 is a second-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe rated condominium, located on the east side of downtown Aspen just a few short blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola on Ajax Mountain. Aspen's downtown core with world-class dining, shopping and nightlife is within easy walking distance. The complimentary Downtowner transportation comes to the roundabout in front of the building. The covered off-street parking spot with snow melt is right next to the stairs. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with quartz counter tops and granite topped island. The designer kitchen is a chef's dream with 36-inch cabinets, a smooth top range with a pot filling faucet. The open floor plan allows for entertaining and casual dining after a long day on the mountain and spectacular views of the Aspen Mountain. The island has its own charging station and hardwood floors adorn the living areas. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-size American Leather sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TVs are in the living room with stereo surround sound and in both bedrooms. The main bathroom is in the hall which joins the two bedrooms, and a second full bath is in the bedroom with two twin beds. The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main bathroom. All appliances are top of the line in this recently remodeled condo. The building has a gas barbeque grill and bike racks available for guests.
