Beautiful two story home in Aspen. Located in the most prestigious neighborhood called the West End. Beautiful tree-lined street. Very close to the music tent. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the nearest bus stop. If you know Aspen, you know that everyone takes the buses. They are great! My home is technically a condo, as it is connected by one wall to another property. It looks and feels like a house. It is approx. 3000 sq feet. It was all completely renovated 7 years ago and I recently re-decorated it. The master bedroom has high vaulted ceilings with a walk-in carrera marble shower. It also has a huge walk-in closet. There are two sinks and a separate bathtub looking out to Shadow mountain. There are balconies off the bathroom. It had a King bed. The other bedroom upstairs also has high, vaulted ceilings. It has a bath with one sink and a tub/shower configuration. The bed is also a King bed. On the entry-level, there is bedroom with two queen beds and a carrera marble bathroom. There are two sinks and a tub/shower combination. The basement doubles as a bedroom. There is an 11 x 11 ft sofa which also has a queen sofa bed in it. There is also a trundle set up, with two long twin mattresses. The basement has it's own carrera marble bathroom with a shower and toilet and sink. There is huge tv and also a large closet. The kitchen is open with Viking appliances and it has a 12 ft. island. It opens to the living/dining space. The living area has a 20 ft tall fireplace and floor to ceiling windows which look out to Shadow mountain. There is a side apartment attached to the house that is also available to rent. It has a full size bed with a loft that contains a full size futon. The apartment also has a bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a stove, sink, refrigerator, washer and dryer, along with a small sofa and table. There is a back yard which will be fenced in by June for dogs and fun bbq's. There is bbq grill outside along with a table and chairs. I love my home and call it my "happy" house. Everyone loves it. Additional notes from the owner
There will be a deposit charged for each rental. The deposit will be given back within a week of departure unless there is damage to get estimates on. The ski season rates vary. Please call to get rates. It does not allow me to put a range of prices. Also, there is no short term lodging tax on rentals of one month or longer. I also have a house manager who can provide housekeeping or cooking or catering while you are here. Additional fees to be decided directly with her. I would possible break up the summer months if I have more than one rental.
