The space

The master suite boasts a plush king-sized bed, along with a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The remaining bedrooms are just as impressive, with comfortable queen-sized beds and sleek decor.

The expansive common areas of the home provide the perfect place to gather and unwind, whether it's the cozy living room with its comfortable sofas and large flatscreen TV or the gourmet kitchen complete with top-of-the-line appliances and ample seating. Response from the manager Hello, Thank you for your review! I'm sorry to hear you did not like the furniture, we actually just replaced all of the furniture upstairs less than 6 months ago. That huge sofa was bought brand new 4 months ago. Our cleaners get paid to make sure every home is in perfect condition upon arrival, so I'm sorry if you felt the home was not in tip top shape, in any of these cases we would send our cleaners immediately if there were to be any issues with cleanliness. I am very concerned about all of these things you have mentioned, especially since I gave you my personal number to contact me anytime there was any issue. Nobody has ever reported the cooling system to not be sufficiently working, I actually just had a guest call me asking me where the thermostat was in the home since it was so cold. As for the bathrooms, I am not exactly sure what you expect me to do! It is very clearly stated in the listing how many bathrooms are in the home. The house is literally exactly as pictured in the home (besides our new dining chairs) so I have no idea how you could have had such a spoiled experience. Thanks anyway. Best of luck to you

How do damage deposits work?
