Description

Our home is on a wooded lot in an upscale part of town one mile from the Savannah River and Augusta canal. We are convenient to the Augusta National, downtown, Ft Gordon, golf courses, restaurants, groceries stores and medical facilities. We specialize in making sure our home is clean and comfortable for our guests. Although we are convenient to all the important parts of town we are out of the hustle and bustle in a quiet area on a 1.3 acre lot. The home has recently been renovated with all new appliances and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove top, oven,microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots/ pans, glasses ,cups,a Keureg coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. All bed linens are furnished along with towels/wash clothes. A highchair and pack n' play are available upon request. Washer and dryer is also furnished. There is a walking path along our street that leads down to the Savannah and Augusta canal where you will find picnic tables, a playground, bikes and kayaks to rent.

“Great place for the entire group!”

We had several couple in town for an event and the house was perfect. Everything was super clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay. When we come back to Augusta, we will be staying here again!

How do damage deposits work?
