Description

The ABI Sunningdale Static Holiday Home, provides all year round Self catering accommodation for up to 4 people. It is located in Aviemore Holiday Park, in a quiet location close to all amenities which are within 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants. The home is fully insulated with double glazing & central heating throughout providing modern, warm accommodation all year round. There are 2 bedrooms, one double with ensuite facilties including a bath. The other bedroom has twin beds There is also a family WC/Shower room. The holiday home has an open plan living/modern fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Facilities include a 32" flat screen digital TV, DVD player, a kitchen area with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and table and chairs to seat four people, We also offer a number of extra's to make your stay more enjoyable, including a selection of board games. Outside there is a large private decking area with patio table and chairs and an off road loc-bloc driveway which can accommodate one car. Bedding & towels are supplied.

“Fabulous find!”

Fantastic find,right in the centre of Aviemore. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.Set on a peaceful park within walking distance to all that Aviemore has to offer;pubs,restaurants,take away,cafes,supermarkets etc.Will definitely be back.

“Fantastic accomodation”

This holiday home was pristine and very homely. Perfect for our family and actually felt the photographs online didn't do it justice. Has all crockery and a variety of drinking glasses, although no champagne glasses. The shower was great with fantastic water pressure and its great you have bath in a different bathroom also. Beds are super comfortable and I loved the soft pillows!! It is very close to bar, laundrette area so if logging into wifi for the site (which you have to pay for but location allows for a good signal) We have stayed in this caravan site within 6 different chalets / holiday homes and this was one of the most enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!!

“Enjoyable weekend”

Excellent chalet in a great little park .Was very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and comfort. Very fast response from the owner Helen will definitely book this chalet again in the future.

“Loved it”

We booked very last minute and wanted accommodation for only 2 nights. Very few properties allow only 2 nights so when this one came up it was ideal. The owner came back to us immediately and the whole booking process was smooth. Loved the caravan it was excellent. Clean tidy and had everything you needed. The weather on Saturday was excellent so we had a bbq and even managed to utilise the sun loungers. Thanks

How do damage deposits work?

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
