Description
This very comfortable and cozy semi detached holiday home is located in a quiet housing development in Aviemore and is a short 10 minute walk to the main centre of Aviemore where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Locally there is a Co-op mini-market, pizza place and fish & chip bar less than two minutes walk away where you can get excellent pizza and fish supper should you wish to have a night off cooking. The rear of the property also boasts fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains whilst to the front of the property you overlook a large grassy area.
The property benefits from a comfortable lounge with 40" smart tv, DVD player and soundbar, two leather sofas and a further sofa bed. The kitchen/diner is spacious and well equipped and a table which extends to sit 8. Also downstairs is a WC. Upstairs leads to 3 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and a further two with twin beds in each. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.

“Lovely house, conveniently located”
We loved staying in this clean, nicely decorated, tidy, house. Great area for families with young children - shops, take aways within a 5 minute walk. Recommend highly!!!

“Excellent Facilities and Location”
