Modern house in a quiet residential area, parking for two vehicles on driveway. The House is located in Aviemore, and in walking distance of the Scenic Kinveachy Forest, the River Spey and The Town Centre. It is the ideal location for Family living with play parks close to the house and a secure back garden. The House has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The mid sized bedroom can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds. The smallest bedroom has a standard double bed. Downstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen with views of the hills and forest. There is space for two cars to park.

There are many local attractions for Families, and Aviemore is also the closest town to the Cairngorm Ski slopes and the mountain railway.

Great location for colleagues working in the area, great host who was always willing to accommodate our needs for business purposes as well as pleasure trips. Would highly recommend.
