The apartment La Colombaia is the heart of the farmhouse of the sixteenth century, was the home of the estate. This apartment was completely renovated, it has an area of ​​130 square meters and offers 7 beds in 3 rooms. The separate entrance ensures privacy of our guests. The living room - dining room is on the first floor and is a very large and bright setting. The kitchen has a marble sink, original and typical of old Tuscan farmhouses. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and Italian moka The master bedroom offers the comfort of a private bathroom with shower. There is also a 3-bedded room and a bathroom with tub. On the second floor there is a master bedroom where you can enjoy sweeping views of San Gimignano and the valley through an arched window. Guests enter the property via a private road, have a private parking for up to 2-3 cars. The pool is accessed via a stone staircase. The pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10 and follows the 'time from 8:00 to 20:00. At the end of the stay you will be required to pay the tourist tax € 1.50 per day per person over 14 years for the first seven days. In the period from 01/01 to 30/04 and from 01/11 to 31/12 you will be asked for payment of the natural gas consumed durente the soogiorno, € 1.30 mc.
