Description
TY Menyn has just been completed and is new to Lakehouse Holidays cottage accommodation.
The cottage, with minimalist décor, is a two story building, comprising of the following:-
The sumptuous master bedroom is a wonderful setting for a relaxing nights sleep or a romantic night........ large, tastefully decorated and furnished with a “Juliet” balcony which has wonderful views of the lake and glorious sunsets in the long summer evenings. A large “king-size”, divan with black quilted "high board" is the focal point of the room, decked with pure cotton sheets, pillows, duvet and plume and fuchsia throws. Two black bedside cabinets with matching lights and clock radio. Large mirrored wardrobe, wall cupboard with "wired in" hairdryer, set of drawers and two plumb velvet chenille tub chairs.
Ground floor, one twin bedded room, with two 3’ divan single beds, plus grey and black "click clack" daybed. Large four dour mirrored wardrobe, dressing table with hairdryer and set of drawers. A patio door leads out to the garden and secluded patio area.
Tiled shower room is located on the ground floor. Cubicle shower, power shower, w.c. and wash basin.
A large open plan room shows a living room/ dining area and luxury kitchen as its focal point it has a contemporary tiled fire place, which houses a wood burning fire. The 42” flat screen colour TV is wall mounted and we've added a blue tooth DVD cd/radio player for your use.
The furnishings include a velvet chenille peacock blue 2 cheater settee and arm chair along with two contemporary swivel chairs for comfort.
In the same room is the luxury kitchen in cream and brown high gloss finish, which is fitted out to a high standard. There is a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, single oven and ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar with two high stools. Glass dining table and chairs for four persons.
The cottage has a mixture of tiled, laminate and carpeted floor coverings . Heating is provided using a combination of oil-fired under floor heating and conventional radiators.
Outside access has a secluded patio area, amidst a garden having lovely views of the lake. Ample car parking is available.
Please note:- Due to different floor levels, this cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users

Ty Menyn is a cottage at Lakehouse Holidays, set in an idyllic, peaceful, rural location. This is ideal for those who are wanting to get away from it all, a romantic hide away, fishing break or a family holiday.
The four star accommodation has a host of 5 star qualities and is an ideal spot for walkers, golfers, people with a keen interest in water sports, beach holidays and coarse anglers. We are also dog friendly.
This superb 2 bedroomed cottage can sleep up to 5 people. There is one ground floor bedroom , with the double up on the first floor. This property is not suitable for people with limited agility.
