Description

The Ffarm Flat is a delightful self catering unit on the hill behind Ffarm Country House and was one of the original outbuildings of the manor house. The Ffarm was originally built in 1706 but the Ffarm Flat has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard and features all the modern conveniences one would expect.
The Flat has one bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a large open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has a full size electric fan oven, a 4 ring electric hob, a microwave and a fridge.
The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
There is parking for 1 car immediately outside and guests have access to the Ffarm grounds which comprise 2 acres of lawns and woodland.
Ffarm Country House operates as a luxury guest house and has a restaurant which provides a convenient alternative to self catering if required (booking is essential though).
The Ffarm occupies a quiet rural location within the village of Betws-yn-Rhos and is a short drive from the beautiful walled town of Conwy, the grandeur of the Snowdonia National Park and the seaside towns of Llandudno and Rhos-on-Sea.

“Good base to explore North Wales”

Flat was well equipped. The mattress was rather soft. Kitchen area sufficient for requirements. Milk, bread, butter and jams on arrival a welcome touch.

“Ideal place to stay to see North Wales”

Staying in The flat at Flarm Country House, Betws in Rhos was lovely.The owner had thought of everything including milk/bread/coffee and tea.A very good start to our break to see North Wales. I gave it 4 because that the setter was a bit too low for me ,as I need it higher due to having had Hip replacements (and being aged 82).

A great place to explore north wales from. Conwy & Bodnant gardens a must see. Colwyn bay & llandudno also great places to visit. Most places all within an easy 1/2 hours drive away

“Great little place”

My wife and I had a lovely time here. The flat was small, clean and very cosy. Just what we where looking for. We had everything we needed, even tea, coffee, milk and bread on arrival. Could not fault it and very good value for your money.
