“A wonderful farm cottage” This is a great family cottage with everything you need. A fantastic welcome basket waiting for us, with local produce, as well as a warm welcome from the owners. Everything about the cottage was to a very high standard - the shower in the ensuite was particularly good. We stayed in March so saw lots of lambs, and even got to help bottle feed a couple. The location is very convenient - just 5min from the coast, but with a remote feeling. We visited The Welsh Mountain Zoo in Conwy, Bodnant Gardens and on a wet day found a great playbarn in Old Colwyn. March is not the best time for the beach but there are lots nearby. The owners live next door in the farm and were very helpful. We'd certainly think about going back again.

“Peaceful 'get away'” Outstanding, friendly but not intrusive service. Ample equipment to cook a simple meal. Cosy,clean, comfortable home.Beautiful surroundings;quiet relaxing yet easy to get to anglesey(we enjoyed a 'rib' ride up the Menai straits)and other attractive parts of N.Wales not usually visited. The cottage was a joy to return to each evening.

“Excellent location” Great flat everything you could need in the way of cooking utensil, well decorated and the location is so handy, near bus stops, pubs, shops and of course the railway station, flat just above it.Entrance is by a spiral staircase so not good if you are unsteady on your feet. We were 5 adults and we found one bathroom and toilet not enough at times.local area great for walkers and climbing, got the train to Llandudno, train noise did not bother us in the flat. All in all a good place to stay

Simply Lovely

Really enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Beudy Bach, The owners were kind and left us a nice welcome basket of goodies, and they were very helpful. Beudy Bach is a wonderful little cottage presentation was exactly as pictured, very clean and very homely. Location wasnt a problem as I knew the area, but for someone else I can see that it would appear to be in the middle of nowhere, and it isn't as close to shops or amenities as the website makes out, but it isnt a problem if you have a car, and the first impression of remoteness just adds to it's appeal. My son loved his little bedroom and my 7 month old baby daughter slept soundly, we all did, the only slightly funny thing was the ancient farm cat that kept trying to go into the cottage everytime we opened the door, poor thing, I got annoyed when she darted past me a few times, but the rest of my family found the whole thing highly amusing... we were told she was over 20 years old ?? again it just added to the charecter and charm of the place, the whole family just loved the cottage and will be back again year after year if there are any available. … see more

Superb family accommodation

We hired the two adjacent properties for a week at the end of July. The cottages were just right for our family of eleven. The children's ages were between one year and fourteen. The open plan design was perfect for group dining and the barbecue facility was handy too. We were made very welcome on arrival with a delicious basket of local goodies. The cottages were well appointed, tastefully furnished and very clean with comfortable bedrooms If there is a downside it is the fact that there is only a tiny patch of grass outside the cottages and a rather bleak looking patch of concrete. … see more
