Description

This detached cottage is located one mile from the village of Bleddfa and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Ploony Cottage is a detached cottage just outside the village of Bleddfa, just seven miles from Knighton. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom with an additional day bed that can be made up on request, one room with a super king-size bed that can be unzipped into two single beds, plus one room with twin beds and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner and doors onto the decked veranda. Outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a six-seater hot tub. Situated in the heart of Radnorshire, Ploony Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture, six-seater hot tub and charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.5 miles, pub 2 miles (currently closed). Note: Water supply from spring water. Note: Stream in garden is small but unfenced, children to be supervised when outside. Note: Cottage accessed by 1 mile drive, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Please note: Electric car charging is not permitted at this property.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Bleddfa is a small quiet village in the rolling hills of Radnorshire, on the edge of Radnor Forest with walks through the village to a view point above. A lovely village, with a quaint pub, is just a short drive from the popular market town of Knighton, which is situated on Offa's Dykes, opening up fabulous walking along the border and into the stunning countryside of the Shropshire Hills AONB dotted with pretty historic villages.
