“Everything you need all in one place - Cindy's Condo - Aruba” Oceania is absolutely beautiful. So well located and right across from the incredible white sands of Eagle Beach. We had a family of 6 and the penthouse condo was spacious and luxurious for our family. If you are into running or biking, you are steps away from doing so alongside the water. We jogged/walked everyday, all the way down to the Hyatt and Ritz (high rise hotels). The grounds at Oceania are impeccable and we felt as if we had the resort all to ourselves at times. Cindy and Judy were great. You can really count on them for everything. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Cindy and Judy for a wonderful stay. The C Family.

“Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Morales Family” Our stay at Daphne's condo was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! The condo is nicely furnished, spacious and clean. The location offers quick access to pool area and beautiful scenic view from balcony. The Conchal Resort offers excellent shuttle service to all areas within resort property and staff is very friendly. Daphne was very helpful in providing information and travel tips. “Phenomenal experience!!” We stayed at this property in February 2012 and from the warm greeting at the airport to the beautifully decorated and well equipped condo, we had an extremely comfortable and relaxing holiday! We can't thank the owner, Morne, enough for the exceptional service, accommodations and overall experience at his property in the Cayman Islands! We travelled to the Island with our toddler and Morne made our packing and travel very light and easy by providing all things baby related - we didn't need to bring a stroller or even any toys. Our son was absolutely spoiled with a full sized crib, adorable bedding, a huge selection of toys and even a highchair. Having everything at the condo waiting for us was an absolute treat! Morne was always available to us by phone and email - he was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The grounds and pool were expertly maintained and always clean. The condo is located just a short walk from the beach - which we usually had all to ourselves. This property truly made our vacation feel like a peaceful getaway with a private beach. We felt extremely spoiled and well cared for during our time at this property and truly thank Morne for his exceptional hospitality (and apologize for how incredibly over-due this review is)! Almost a year later and we still think back on our amazing time there and can't wait to go back some day!

“Awesome and Totally amazing!” The Condo: This was our first visit to CR and at the risk of sounding very repetitive, I am going to say it anyway. This Condo is absolutely amazing! We were actually taken back by the views, the weather, and beauty of it all. The condo itself is very well maintained. The beds are very nice and excellent to sleep on. there is usually a very nice breeze that can get strong at times so you need to be careful of the bedroom doors. The condo is relatively close to the beach at say 200 to 250 yards. The local terrain is very hilly and as such it us a little bit of a walk uphill when you come back from the beach. Our Garmin and Trackit Maps didn't show Oceanica on any of the categories so you may have to use the resort right across the street to find it as addresses are not used in CR at all. We give this one 5 star rating!!! Well worth the time to visit. Daphne: Daphne was absolutely the best host you could ever ask for! She provided all the information I asked for and needed. She even graciously helped with the car rental (Economy). Daphne is indeed kind and tremendously gracious. Restaurants: We chose to eat at the local restaurants (locals call them Sodas). There are a good number of these within say 5 miles and all are wonderful. Local CR cuisine is amazing and filling. Even though we do not speak Spanish it wasn't that hard to figure out and order food. Ticas and Ticos are wonderful people. We would definitely go back in a heart beat!

“just as advertised” This is really a wonderful condo, just as advertised it had everything to offer. It is very clean inside and is quite cozy. The location as well is great, just a few mins from town and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to my friends and plan on returning one day. Thankyou for s a lovely stay. cheryl

“Perfect For a Family. Best Owner Hospitality! Great for Cooking” Newly renovated. We have 3 teenagers who need their own space. Everyone had their own beds and we had the entire penthouse suite to ourselves! Kitchen was beautiful and functional. Everything you need. Since it's a penthouse there is a large balcony facing out (with trees). Every day we ate all our meals, read books and at night played games out there. Weather is nice even in the evening or in the rain. Never used the inside table for eating. Since the bathrooms' sink separate; it's multi-user without waiting. This property was quiet and safe. We travel a lot and felt a lot more safe here than Mexico; travelling with teens... Cindy was the best owner I have ever encountered and we rent often. With Wi-Fi at the center of the complex, free messaging worked great. She provided so much information and help. Since she speaks 2 languages, she would call the front desk and arrange anything. I have a bad medical condition and since our King bed was hurting bad, she had a bed topper shipped immediately at her expense! So now vacationers have 2 choices. Since 1/2 her family is local, she arranged many trustworthy excursions from her U.S. home. She arranged a great driver at reasonable cost in a superbly clean Honda van (we are too big for a car). Believe me, after a few other taxi rides, he's a safer driver and spoke decent English for local info. The beach was pristine and not too busy. We walked a long way on both sides and this is the most protected from winds, less busy and with an open restaurant/ bar right there. Also since many locals own in this resort, not too many venders bother this area! Are the pictures accurate? No. It's actually nicer than it shows. Really! Proximity to everything is nice. Short taxi rides to a Walmart type supermarket and a lot of attractions. Taxis at the gate hose you. Use Cindy or recommendations from other owners in the resort for transport. Cindy also gave us a valuable restaurant list. She is very organized. Great 14 day vacation!
