“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Fabulous Experience” My husband and I are looking for a place to unwind and breathe in the fresh air. We need serenity from the urban life style two professionals endure. We are amazed at this beautiful home and all the amenities it provides.This house and the guest home is built and furnished with incredible taste. A keen eye for every detail is evident upon the entry of this home. The view...wow, the view of San Jose at night is absolutely breathtaking. This is a home and a trip to Grecia, Costa Rica that will forever be close to our hearts. I suggest anyone visit this outstanding estate...that is, if we purchase it first!

“pleasantly surprised!” We were very surprised at the grandour size of the condos, I loved the old-spanish style. the room was clean and modern with a perfect ocean view! I didn't expect house-keeping and again was pleasantly surprised to come home finding our room cleaned up-thank you! the on-site restaurant was perfect, the staff were very friendly! we would def recommend anyone to stay here and we ourselves would visit again!

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Love to stay there again” Our host, Michelle, was super sweet. The area was safe, this is in the Hotel Zone, and well lit. The condo is in a hotel. Part of the building is set up as a full functioning hotel and the rest seems to be residential apartments. It added to a clam and quiet stay. Michelle's add was accurate. She mentions that the WiFi is not that great and this is accurate. The condo had everything we needed to cook. We went to the market for supplies and saved a lot of money. Peter, Michelle's husband, provided us with a map of our area, places to shop, eat and party. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We had fresh clean water, which we got from the Hotel shop for 48 pesos. It lasted us all 9 days. The pool area is there, but we only stayed on the beach. The Hotel staff will not be helpful and we always went to Michelle and Peter for any questions we had. They are your front desk. The air conditioning in this unit was great. Our view was amazing. I could not believe our view. We picked up a rental car to drive around and parking at the hotel was a breeze. We were told the restaurant of the Hotel and the pool bar were horrible so we stayed away. But the hotel shop was great. In the shop they had chips, cookies, souvenirs and cold drinks. The bus (R-1 and R-2) was easy to find and easy to figure out. The room was clean. The balcony was large and a nice way to enjoy the view in the evening and in the morning when the sun is rising. We did not turn on the TV because we had so much to do. I would love to stay here again. Karina Gonzalez. California

“Casa Pura Vita is the perfect choice for a fun trip to Zihuatane” My husband and I stayed at Casa Pura Vita for two weeks. The location was perfect just a very short five minute walk to the beach, Playa Medera. Playa La Ropa and Playa Principal are also just a short walk. A boat ride across the bay will take you to Las Gatos beach. Walking to the market daily for groceries was also a treat for us. We made most of our meals at the casa enjoying all the fresh produce and fish we could. The kitchen at Casa Pura Vita had everything we needed along with a great BBQ by the pool area. Having two pools at the complex was really nice, both clean and well taken care of. The casa itself was clean and very comfortable. Big comfy king size beds and a two large bathrooms. The area is quiet and I always felt safe in the gated complex and out in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, from gourmet to great little beach huts. Needless to say we will be back. It is a great place to stay. Brian and Jan had every thing we needed for our stay in Casa Pura Vita.

“Exceeded our Expectations” Our 9 night stay at Villa Debra exceeded our expectations. The photo's and the description of the house do not due justice. Debra met us at the airport and helped us get the proper transportation and a fair price to the house. The house was extremely clean and prepared upon arrival. The house is only 50 feet from the water and 60 feet to the pool. The pool was extremely well maintained. The pier is the real highlight as adults and kids alike spent many hours watching the fish, jumping in to cool off and starting snorkeling expeditions. We hired a service to cook breakfast and dinner for 6 of the 9 nights. If you do that - ask for Alex. He was great and became part of the family. It was very reasonably priced. The only negative are mosquitos at dusk and make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.
