“Love to stay there again” Our host, Michelle, was super sweet. The area was safe, this is in the Hotel Zone, and well lit. The condo is in a hotel. Part of the building is set up as a full functioning hotel and the rest seems to be residential apartments. It added to a clam and quiet stay. Michelle's add was accurate. She mentions that the WiFi is not that great and this is accurate. The condo had everything we needed to cook. We went to the market for supplies and saved a lot of money. Peter, Michelle's husband, provided us with a map of our area, places to shop, eat and party. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We had fresh clean water, which we got from the Hotel shop for 48 pesos. It lasted us all 9 days. The pool area is there, but we only stayed on the beach. The Hotel staff will not be helpful and we always went to Michelle and Peter for any questions we had. They are your front desk. The air conditioning in this unit was great. Our view was amazing. I could not believe our view. We picked up a rental car to drive around and parking at the hotel was a breeze. We were told the restaurant of the Hotel and the pool bar were horrible so we stayed away. But the hotel shop was great. In the shop they had chips, cookies, souvenirs and cold drinks. The bus (R-1 and R-2) was easy to find and easy to figure out. The room was clean. The balcony was large and a nice way to enjoy the view in the evening and in the morning when the sun is rising. “Wonderful place to stay.” Enjoyed my two month stay at Robert's condo. He was very helpful and made sure everything went well for me. Condo was very clean and well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Also available was beach chairs and umbrella. It also has a deck area with table and chairs which was nice to enjoy morning breakfast. Convient stores near by for snacks and necessities. Everyone there made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

“Great property and location!” My husband and I just got back from a 1 week stay at this fabulous property. The owners of this unit are fantastic to work with - very responsive to any concerns you have. Dayna, their contact person, made the transaction and check in/out process seamless. When we travel, we love staying in condo units with hotel-like amenities. There are 2 major grocery stores close by (Walmart and Mega) within walking distance on the days you want to cook. On the days you want to eat out, you are within 5-10 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and shops along 5th Avenue. Although you don’t need a car (since everything is within walking distance), we did rent a car since we used Playa del Carmen as a base to explore other areas such as Akumal, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, etc., so it was great that the Sabbia property had a secure underground parking garage. The amenities were great. The property has a great pool with 2 hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs. We never had a problem finding seating. The condo provides plenty of pool/beach towels to use throughout your stay. There is a gym and business center, but we did not use those facilities. There is always someone at the front desk as you walk in/out- very secure and safe. I loved the location of the building. It’s just a few blocks from 5th Avenue (where all the shops and restaurants are), so you can easily walk to any place. The beach is just beyond 5th Avenue with gorgeous white sand and calm turquoise waters. There are plenty of beach clubs that you can walk up to rent a couple of chairs and umbrella for the day. Depending on the beach club, a lot of times if you order drinks, the lounge chairs and umbrella are complimentary. In summary, we loved our stay and will be back again!

“Love Nah Uxibal!!!” I have just returned home from a wonderful time at Nah Uxibal in Mexico, it is by far one of the most relaxing and wonderful experiences. I swam and snorkeled every day and spent time on the white sandy beaches reading. Nah Uxibal is one of my favorite places on earth, I always feel well taken care of and so relaxed. Victoria and Javier are wonderful care takers always available for questions or help with what ever is needed and so very kind. The property and the rooms are cleaned every day and the property is well tended to and very secure. The kitchen is stocked when we arrive and the rooms were clean and set up very nicely. This trip we hired a chef recommended by Jeannette and he was totally amazing, cooking us healthy yummy meals and such a good spirit and it was quite reasonably priced! I would highly recommend it with large groups. I have visited Nah Uxibal three times and it always has a wonderful feeling of beauty and comfort. Jeannette and Skip have created an amazing magical place in Nah Uxibal. I look forward to returning to Nah Uxibal!! it is surely hard to leave. I spent a day in Tulum shopping for gifts for friends back home and it is so easy to get there and back either driving or taking the little shuttle bus from the main road. Every time I visit I always visit the ruins either in Tulum or Coba this time I visited Ek Balam which was also amazing. I also really enjoy swimming in the cynote that are all over the Tulum area. But my favorite time spent in Mexico is at Nah Uxibal and spending time in the water swimming, snorkeling or kayaking or reading on the beach and not going anywhere. The beaches are well kept and groomed. As the days pass relaxation sets in and the worries of life melt away and it regenerates the spirit. Thank you Nah Uxibal and Jeannette, Skip, Javier and Victoria!!! I want all my loved ones to experience such beauty and regeneration of spirit!!!

“Purrrfect Get-Away for our anniversaries!” We loved everything about Casa Bendicion! The proximity to the beach (down the stairs and there it is!), the ease and quick communication with the owners, and location on the island is perfect. With the golf cart rental (Thanks Jose!) we were able to make it in to town for shopping and sunning on North Beach and dining in 15 minutes while being able to return to a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere to unwind and sleep after our excursions. Highly recommend Casa Bendicion to anyone looking for a purrrfect get away to Isla Mujeres!!

“A perfect place” The Condo was great. Very spacious, well decorated (the bathrooms are beautiful) and very clean (the maid comes every day) The view is breath taking.(We were on the last floor) The beach is very quite. You need some water shoes to enter the water because there is some rocks. The snorkeling is quite good. We saw some turtles, rays, and some school of blue fishes. Enjoy the Sunrises, they are worth waking up early!

“Fantastic Playa del Carmen holiday” This vacation property allowed us to enjoy all that Playa had to offer. It is an easy walk to the beach, 5th ave shopping, and great restaurants. The streets around the property are clean, safe and the Development is gated. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, the pool cleaned daily. Our unit was complete with everything we needed for our meals, comfortable furniture, attractive bedding and decorations, with individual air conditioners in the rooms for the hot afternoons. Nice to relax on the balconies and enjoy the day, or stay inside with a cold one and watch a little TV. Sandra was excellent as well, attentive to our needs when we called, as well as helping us out with transportation to and from the Cancun airport. We will definitely be calling her again next year!

“Great getaway!” We had a wonderful week! The house was spotless and decorated adorable, there was plenty of space and it was completely stocked with whatever we needed. The property was new and in excellent condition, pool and hot tub clean and the grounds are well cared for. It is in a gated community so we felt very safe. Tulum was a real authentic little Mexican town and the beaches are spectacular. I can't wait to get back there!

“Salvia Mz2a is great value.” I just returned from spending nearly 3 weeks in Bomberobills Mz2a condo at the Salvia in Cancun. I have been all over the world and have paid, on occasion, many times over what this condo cost per night. But here's the bottom-line: for an informal beach vacation this is a wonderful place to stay. The Salvia building and Mz2a unit were immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is small palapa on site where you can get a good breakfast and lunch inexpensively, as well as well-known restaurants next door at The Forum and beach drinks and snacks available from the Beach Club--brought to you on your rented beach chair just steps from the condo. The condo has a million dollar view of beautiful aquamarine water and Bill, the owner, is very helpful and easy to deal with. One caveat: because of the location next to The Forum you can hear dance music much of the day, and even at night through the bathroom window. After a few days this became background noise to me but it might bother some people most interested in a "quiet" vacation. If so, this probably isn't the condo for you.
