“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. Our dogs loved the trails right outside the back door. What we enjoyed the most was the privacy and how quiet the area was. We definitely will go back! Thank you for having us... “Great cabin” I have stayed at East of Paradise with my family for the past three years and we absolutely love it. It's become our home away from home. The cabin is not big, but it is very well maintained and the set up is perfect for small families like mine. We used to stay at hotels before but nothing compares to keeping everyone all under the same roof and be able to cook homemade meals. My daughter loves to play in the backyard, particularly in the play house. My husband and I love relaxing in the hot tub out back. The beds here are both queen. I have back problems but I always sleep confortably in both of these beds. I do wish the homeowner would offer inflatable beds, or sofa beds for the little ones. The kitchen has all the utensils we need to cook meals. My husband and I love cooking and we always take the opportunity here to make a delicious meal whenever we go. We have everything we need there. The cabin is far away enough from the downtown area and all the traffic, but close enough to get to the stores, and the playgrounds within a few minutes. We highly recommend this cabin.

“Weekend” This was a nice clean cozy place!! The cabin exceeded our expectations. The deck was super nice and the trees around the cabin where so nice. It was easy to get to and minimum number of stairs to the front door. The barbeque worked great. I would stay there again. The windows to the master bedroom where awesome too,

“Perfect For a Short Getaway” This cabin is upgraded, yet still has the wilderness cabin feel. It is a perfect size cabin for a couple or small group. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable but for a couple nights it was tolerable. The cabin could use some more spare blankets and pillows. I've rented from cool cabins many times and it seems like this one is kind of new to the market. It could use a bit more large kitchen utensils like a spatula and spoons. Other then those minor things it is nice place for your Big Bear stay. It's close to town and the village. If you have at&T; as a cell service provider don't expect much service. :-( As mentioned before I have rented from Cool Cabins for many years and have never had any issues. Makes spending time in Big Bear easy and fun.

“It's a very cozy and nice place. Owner is very responsible and r” My friends and I stayed at Kristina's place for a nice summer weekend getaway! The cabin was very clean and perfect for the five of us! Bedrooms provide privacy and the yard outside is very nice for hanging out! We rode bikes, played frisbee and enjoyed the picnic table while grilling. Kristina even has an extensive DVD collection to watch. Bathroom was remodeled and very nice. This cabin is a great place for friends and family to gather while in Big Bear! The lake is a very simple bike ride away. The house was close enough to town and easy to get to. We would definately come back again :)

“Fun home, tons of room, gorgeous view of the lake!!!” Our family had a ball in your home this past weekend! The game tables were a hit with my kids!!! Waking up to that lakefront amazing beauty was one of my favorite parts!!! We all would gather down in the great room and admire the beauty and the pelicans and ducks!!! We all thought of how perfect this home would be in the summertime!!! The only thing I can say that may deter us from renting this home again is the lack of washer and dryer! My boys were in and out of the snow all day, and after the slopes you really want a dryer! I wore wet gloves on the second day, and the boys snow pants never really dried all the way! Just a small inconvienance but I wish I would have realized this before I booked!!! Also, having no wifi proved tough for my husband with work! Thankfully, McDonalds and Starbucks has free Wifi and we made trips there often! This is a spacious and comfortable home, and we thank you for such a memorable and great weekend!!!

“Good family experience, but with cold nights” This is a well located cabin. Has all the bells & whistles needed to have a nice stay. Only complaints are that the a/C heating system doesn't cover the full house so if you are at the upper floor you will have a very cold night. Also, the phone line never worked even though it was reported. Else this two issues, I believe it's a nice place to stay.

“Wonderful cozy getaway” My husband and I spent a week at Big Bear Lake to go fishing and boating. The cabin had everything we could need - fenced yard for our dog, washer and dryer, cable and WiFi! It snowed one night, so having the yard for our dog was really a plus. Our location was central to The Village and two fishing marinas. The Cool Cabin crew works 24/7, so if you need anything, they are right there. Only downside was the bed size was smaller than we are used to and a bit too soft. Other than that, it was great!

“We had a great time” We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for my family of 5. My girls loved playing in the big yard. We decided to bring our dog with us next time. It was very peaceful sitting on the back deck at night roasting marshmallows and playing games. If I had to pick 1 or 2 things to say I didn't like, which is hardly anything. It would be, on the upper deck, way too many spider webs that you can't sit out there & the bunk beds in the second room are way too close to each other. If you're clostraphobic, you can't use the bottom bunk. Other than that, everything was great.

“big house in a quiet neighborhood.” This house is a healthy sized house for a group of 14 there is a bunk room that sleeps 7 and inversely there is one room with a single kingsize bed. It worked great for our little friends & family get together. The neighborhood is generally nice and quiet. I did have to impress on some members of my group to bring their noise inside. The negative about this cabin is the cleanup policy. It's kinda odd driving from Big Bear City to the west side of Big Bear Lake with bags of garbage in my trunk.

“Cute” The cabin was great except for the front door was really are to slide open. But everything else was prefect from the comfy couches to the beds. The back yard was a big plus since it was fenced all the way around.

“Cute cabin” Very cute cabin, clean, well stocked and all around adorable. The only downfall I would say is the staircase to the upper floor which was dangerously narrow and had 'short' steps, good for kids to go up and down, but not the older folks. It got a little hot upstairs as well, but other than that very cute

“Cheers to 3 Years!” When we arrived to the house it was very clean, it had brand a new sponge and paper towels ready for us. There were detailed instructions and all the basics we needed for the weekend. It was the perfect get away for me and my boyfriend and our two fluffy puppies. It was close enough to everything so it wasn't much of a drive to get things from the grocery store, but still far enough to have peace and quiet. I would definitely come back to stay at this humble little abode. There are plenty of places to go hiking as well as fun places to go eat. I recommend the Cowboy Steakhouse! It's not far from the house and it has the "Worlds Tiniest Sunday"! How can you say no to that!

“Everything was perfect!” The cabin was cute, has a home feel to it. And had enough space for all 5 of us. The top loft was great the kids loved going up and down the stairs. The snow summit is close by. Although u do have to drive, it's a very short drive.
