“An ideal family property for the festive season” Im sure we have already submitted a review but again we found the property had everything we needed for an extended family stay.The standard of accomadation was first class and the owners couldnt have been more helpful.We have paid much more for properties that dont come anywhere near this standard and would certainly stay there again.

“Superb cottage.” Such a lovely cottage, well fitted out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view from the lounge and patio is beautiful over to Mam Tor and the surrounding area of the dark peak district and the walled garden is very private.

“Ideal for a get-away from it all break” The cottage was one of four located around a farmyard on a sheep farm. The farm was was within walking distance of two pubs and a small shop. General shopping is in Hope about 5 miles distant.The cottage is in a scenic setting with easy access to walking routes and open access land. The cottage had everything to make a comfortable stay. The owners were attentive without being intrusive. we should recommend a stay at the cottage.

“Home from Home” lvely cottage with much thought into every details. The welcome was lovelt with the wine & cheese. Lovely & warm and the views from the livivng room windows are breath taking.The bed was so comfy. Very easy to get about & the fish & Chips from the local village was lovelt too. Lovely time spent there & will be returning.

“Absolutely 5 star this place is a Gem including the Owners” We had a great time at this Cottage, its peaceful and very clean, the owners are really nice, the cycling is good, the cottage has its own garden, summerhouse, BBQ, parking, somewhere to store bikes and inside there is everything you need,in fact we think this place is 5star,Its a Real Gem.

“Immaculate, well appointed cottage in heart of beautiful country” Swift cottage provides an excellent base to explore this wonderful part of the Peak District. The furniture and fittings are of a very high standard, and a lot of thought has gone into making the cottage a very special place to stay. “Fantastic location for walking if you are fit and able” Relatively small cottage. Some good features some average. Great view of Dale from rear Garden / patio. Helpful neighbours. Very hilly - not suitable for older visitor or with young children in my view. No car access. Dog friendly location. Excellent pub up the hill
