“Love to stay there again” Our host, Michelle, was super sweet. The area was safe, this is in the Hotel Zone, and well lit. The condo is in a hotel. Part of the building is set up as a full functioning hotel and the rest seems to be residential apartments. It added to a clam and quiet stay. Michelle's add was accurate. She mentions that the WiFi is not that great and this is accurate. The condo had everything we needed to cook. We went to the market for supplies and saved a lot of money. Peter, Michelle's husband, provided us with a map of our area, places to shop, eat and party. They provided bath towels and beach towels. We had fresh clean water, which we got from the Hotel shop for 48 pesos. It lasted us all 9 days. The pool area is there, but we only stayed on the beach. The Hotel staff will not be helpful and we always went to Michelle and Peter for any questions we had. They are your front desk. The air conditioning in this unit was great. Our view was amazing. I could not believe our view. We picked up a rental car to drive around and parking at the hotel was a breeze. We were told the restaurant of the Hotel and the pool bar were horrible so we stayed away. But the hotel shop was great. In the shop they had chips, cookies, souvenirs and cold drinks. The bus (R-1 and R-2) was easy to find and easy to figure out. The room was clean. The balcony was large and a nice way to enjoy the view in the evening and in the morning when the sun is rising. We did not turn on the TV because we had so much to do. I would love to stay here again. Karina Gonzalez. California

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!

“Amazing Location and View” My stay at condo 371 was the best ever. The condo had everything needed and was very comfortable. The view from the windows and the 2 balconies is priceless. Its nice to open the doors and windows and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze without using the aC. The patio furniture is new and I enjoyed sleeping on the balcony under the stars a couple of nights. The property manager called me after my flight arrived to confirm and he was waiting at the desk for us so we checked right into the condo without waiting. You can see the pool from this condo which is nice if you have friends in the pool while you are on the balcony. The 2 pools were freshly painted while we were there and are very nice. Its a great feature to rent a luxury condo but also have the option to cook or pay for all inclusive. The hotel has nightly activities that you can participate without paying for all inclusive. I wish to go back to this condo year after year if it is available.

“Wonderful holiday” We had an absolutley wonderful time in this elegant, perfectly located property in the middle of cancun. The house is perfect for a large family such as ours, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the beach is perfect for the kids, the pool and outdoor areas allowed us to enjoy each other in total privacy. The property is on a 24hr security street so we felt safe at all times. All i can say is that the pictures do not do this property justice. Thank you villa albatros for one of the best holididays we have ever had.

“Best Vacation I ever had!!!” I had the best vacation ever. It was so nice having everyone together in one place.There was eight people and there was plenty of room. The view from the condo was great and the location of the condo was to. The hotel staff was excellent so was the food and drinks.I would stay again in a heart beat. We plane to go back next year.I have been to several islands and there is not to many countries these days you can go to being a american that people treat you like royalty. Cancun is one of them.

“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Best Place in Cancun” Stayed at Tim's Penthouse #372 from 5/4/15 to 5/11/15 the views from the balcony were great. Tim was great to work with, I've used VRBO before but have never received as much information from an owner as I did from Tim. Also his housekeeper Francis was very helpful whenever we had questions. She was very nice. The condo has a lot of space and was very quiet at night. We used the transportation he recommended to get to his place, Entertainment Plus. They were always on time and the stop at the supermarket is a must. We also used them to go to Chichen Itza, well worth the $109 a person. You do not need to rent a car in Cancun, the bus system is very easy to use, $1 every time you get on the bus. I will definitely rent from Tim again when I return to Cancun.

“Salvia Mz2a is great value.” I just returned from spending nearly 3 weeks in Bomberobills Mz2a condo at the Salvia in Cancun. I have been all over the world and have paid, on occasion, many times over what this condo cost per night. But here's the bottom-line: for an informal beach vacation this is a wonderful place to stay. The Salvia building and Mz2a unit were immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is small palapa on site where you can get a good breakfast and lunch inexpensively, as well as well-known restaurants next door at The Forum and beach drinks and snacks available from the Beach Club--brought to you on your rented beach chair just steps from the condo. The condo has a million dollar view of beautiful aquamarine water and Bill, the owner, is very helpful and easy to deal with. One caveat: because of the location next to The Forum you can hear dance music much of the day, and even at night through the bathroom window. After a few days this became background noise to me but it might bother some people most interested in a "quiet" vacation. If so, this probably isn't the condo for you.

“Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo” "Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo" says it all and these photos are truly what this magnificent home looks like. What you read in the property description is absolutely the way it is. This condo is gorgeous inside and out. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. Everything is just as it should be. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Gia and Roberto, the housekeepers/maintenance/"go-to" caretakers who kept our vacation home spotless. Additionally, Marty, the owner, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. He truly wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our visit and everything was as we expected it to be. On our most recent trip as in the past, if there was any problem, he was on it right away. This is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We stayed here for a month before the property was renovated and it was wonderful then. Upon our recent return for a month-long vacation, we found it to be beyond wonderful. Villa Nizuc's staff is amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool is crystal clear. If you wake with the sun, you'll see the groundskeepers raking the beach, skimming the pool and on their hands and knees tending to the lawn and topiary-like shrubs. When returning from a shopping trip, a staff member will rush to your door to help you carry your purchases into the condo. From hailing a taxi or bus (a real adventure, by the way) to inviting you to put the baby turtles into the sea in the evening, they cannot do enough for you. As far as security and safety goes, we were as comfortable as at home in the USA, if not more so. Within walking distance is the new Oxxo convenience store which we found very handy. Also very close is the superb Navios restaurant which is literally on the lagoon as the dining areas are on the dock. We will definitely return for our third stay.

“pleasantly surprised!” We were very surprised at the grandour size of the condos, I loved the old-spanish style. the room was clean and modern with a perfect ocean view! I didn't expect house-keeping and again was pleasantly surprised to come home finding our room cleaned up-thank you! the on-site restaurant was perfect, the staff were very friendly! we would def recommend anyone to stay here and we ourselves would visit again!

“Villa Maya Cancun Mexico Downtown suburban living” We spent 1 week in Villa Maya with our 2 sons ( 4 and 8 ) and just had a wonderful time. Villa Maya is clean, comfortable, well kept and in a safe Residencial Neighbourhood in Cancun. The Beaches were close,..either by public Bus or by VW Bug that we also rented from Mattias. The reservation process was easy and quick,...we actually stayed in all the properties from the owner,...and actually enjoyed all of them. Will come back again ...
