“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Absolutely FABULOUS rental and great owners!!! Thank you!!!” This was a PERFECT vacation for us!!! Linda, Marcella's sister-in-law, met us at the resort—which was FABULOUS!!! She got us settled in and took us up to our room where she had some snacks, water and some cokes waiting for us. The room was so clean—the views spectacular and the beaches, the sun and the hospitality at the resort top notch!!! We were so impressed and so happy with our stay!!! We also enjoyed surfing lessons at 360 Surf School, the Chichen Itza Classic Tour (GREAT), and the BEST lunches at the Surfing Burrito, SERIOUSLY THE BEST RESTURANT! (It was just visited by Guy Fieri from the Food Network) and we also loved the little Thai restaurant (not the Indian restaurant) in the luxury mall. This was a fabulous vacation!!
