“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “Fantastic!!!” Alex,thank you so much for renting us your beautiful apartment and for making the rental process so much easier and the service you provided. It was perfect! We all had a great time. The apartment had every comfort we could have hoped for and absolutely everything we needed. It was very well kept. The location of the apartment was good and the 3 swimming pools and its facilities were exceptional. I liked everything about it. The fact of the controls at the gates are very reassuring. I did not appreciate the attitude of the female guard towards some other guests (not within our party)where instead of directing herself verbally to him, she basically blew her whistle in his ear and pointed to him with gestures what he was doing wrong. It was the only negative thing I can mention. Once again..it was a fantastic stay and would rent the same apartment again!

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Great location for awesome beach vacation!” We were so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at Sunset Fishermen's and especially a huge thank you to Sergio. He was wonderful! The facilities were obviously cared for with pride - everything was clean and properly looked after. Having the pool, lounge, chairs, restaurant and beach all in such close proximity was truly delightful. Leisurely strolls to 5th Ave were possible every evening. Would definitely return to this lovely place next time we are in the area.

“Magic In Mexico” What an amazing place to stay. the balcony overlooks the pool and the office. Everyday began with coffee overlooking the amazing ocean view and ended watching the light twinkle across the ocean. The suite itself was welcoming and comfortable. two of us stayed in this suite and five us had breakfast and dinner there daily. Four could stay here comfortably. Love the coconut lights they made a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. The resort itself is wonderful. it was hard to decide should lay out on the cabanas on the beach or by the pool, so we did both daily. The staff are very friendly. Great games of volley ball in the pool. Lunch under the palm trees at the resort restaurant. MMM! The night life, shopping and dining is a short walk away. What a night life. We had a blast.Looking for a memorable vacation give Doug and Penny a call for a great place to stay.

“Highly recommended” We spent the week of New Year's 2013/14 enjoying Casa Phil. The house is exactly as described, and the photos accurately reflect Philippe's beautiful home. The home is closely located to the beach, actually a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed running on the beach daily, as the beach extended for many miles. On this beach, there are a lot of restaurants and bars which we enjoyed as well. Philippe is a very gracious host. He was extremely helpful in arranging all of our transportation needs, from taxis to and from the airport, to renting dune buggies (which he builds himself), and a quad. He was always checking in on us as well, making sure that everything was ok, and whether or not we needed anything. We can't thank Philippe enough for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend Casa Phil to anyone interested in a vacation in Las Terrenas, DR.

“One of the best vacations I've ever had” This villa has two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, great balcony and comfy living room. It housed ten of us comfortably (1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 1 full sized bed, 1 futon). The showers were fine - using them both at the same time often decreased water pressure a bit. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. There are supermarkets on highway 3 not too far from the resort. There is cable and aC so we ended up hanging out in the villa a decent amount. While the beach isn't the prettiest that Puerto Rico has to offer, we definitely got use out of it and spent nearly every day there. The pool area has a kiddie pool, infinity pool, laps pool, and hot tub. This area was is primarily for those living in the villa and was never really crowded. It is also very close to the hotel pool and bar if a renter wishes to interact and meet new people. This area of Puerto Rico is only about a ten minute drive to the Rainforest. My friends and I enjoyed spending a morning/afternoon at El Yunque National Rainforest Park. Such proximity to the rainforest did not provide 24/7 sunshine. We did get rain here and there everyday. San Juan is about a 40-minute drive away, and we ended up going there three times out of our six days - I recommend renting cars (we used Enterprise, and they were great!). This also meant that we decided against "going out" to clubs/bars in San Juan because we would've had to designate drivers to drive back really late at night. From the very first moment we were interested, Diana had been in constant communication with us. She made the whole process of planning our Spring Break so easy and efficient. When we were finally there and settled in at the pool, Jesus came by to introduce himself and welcome us. Then, all ten of us were invited one night to come over to their other property for some drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This was a great experience, and I definitely hope to come back (she'll be the first one I contact).
