“Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“Loveliest, most relaxing holiday we've had.” We arrived to a beautiful building surrounded by flowers, cactus, trees and scrubs. Our condo had a very private terrace just off the pool and we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee there every morning and wine in the evening. The Condo has everything you would have at home, there are even books in the book shelves. The bed was comfy, with a terrace off the bedroom, so air conditioning wasn't even used. The two bathrooms were a treat, and shower was wonderful.Having an ongoing supply of water was really nice so I made fresh lime water daily to have in the fridge. They thought of everything,a list of suggestions for shopping, restaurants, which we tried them all, and were great, and found new ones, but loved the Pirates" fish restaurant" around the corner to the right, and up the block The Generala, is fairly new, just to the left as you leave the gate in the next block., lovely lady Muriel to greet you Best pizza and pasta just a few blocks toward the beach.and don't forget the ice cream shop. Playa is such a fun place. Then to come home to the Arena Blanca after a day out and be greeted by Miguel, the night security was such a good feeling of total trust that everything would be wonderful in the morning., and it always was!! Nadia, the manager was there for all your requests, Louis, is the reason for the beauty and tranquility, Ester and the girls, make it a true vacation of relaxation. Our condo included everything and a roof top terrace which we both loved. A plunge pool to cool off in, have a beer in and enjoy the sun, and a palapa, with table and chairs, for the shade. A quiet place for just the two of us to sleep, read, suntan, and enjoy the surrounding beauty. We cant' wait to go back, as it was so hard to leave.....They made it an inviting home away from home. “Paradise” This condominium is impeccable and very roomy. I was skeptical about The Dominican but I've told everyone I know that this is the nicest place I've every been to in the Caribbean. About 8 minutes from the airport and the views from the living room were magnificent! We felt very safe. the pool and beach are literally a step over the back veranda. Comfy chairs on beach. The Sanctuary Hotel (on site) and restaurant is luxurious, but I would prefer to stay in this condo. Tony's liaison Carmen was kind enough to escort us to the condo and then take me in to town to buy groceries, and housekeeper anna was a delight and wonderful cook. The Marina is breathtaking..felt like we were walking around in Venice. Planning and communicating with Tony was seamless. Can't wait to return with entire family.

“Perfect family holiday!!!” This was our 4th year in Harmony apt 211 with our 4 children (7,5,3 and 1). It really is the perfect location with all amenities one could ask for. The condo is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated, the location is prime, far enough away from town to not have the noise but close enough to stroll in for dinner or ice-creams in safety. My husband and I are keen Kitesurfers and we had the time to be both parents and kiters!! We look forward to next year already!

“Our second visit, more to come.” This was our Second visit with Tom and Igor at Villas Casa Loma. Enjoyed breathtaking ocean views of Playa Flamingo from our lanai. Great accommodations with kitchen for making breakfast and coffee to watch the sun rise on the boats in the harbor. The sparkling pool was quiet and refreshing. We even watched the breathtaking sunsets while lazing in the pool. We so enjoyed the sounds of the jungle with numerous birds and a few howler monkeys. It is a short drive to several beaches and many excellent restaurants. Can't say enough of how helpful Tom and Igor were with tips of activities, restaurants and hidden beaches in the area. This year we had three in our group and last year we had eight. Great spaces for large and small groups. We just love our time there. You can be busy every day in town or in the jungle or just relax in this little piece of paradise. We will be back!
