“Paradise” We stayed at MoodLight Kai condo the first week of april 2014. It was a magical experience being in Cayman Island for the first time. The condo is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful beach view right from the living room couch. There was no excessive noise or biting insects, the beach is very close and if you are feeling too lazy to go anywhere you can just lounge on the beach in front of the condo or soak in the jacuzzi. We had an excellent time and would definitely go back for another family vacation.

“Perfect!” Visited DR for my daughter's senior Spring Break. While most chose an all-inclusive resort, we wanted the space/freedom of a condo, and Ilia's place did not disappoint... a really special and absolutely perfect vacation! Rental, arrival and check-in were streamlined and simple, and Ilia's driver, manager and maid were all very helpful and welcoming. The condo itself is lovely -- photos are accurate -- and well-located within the complex. The balcony has an unimpeded view of the ocean just a few steps away, and you are also steps from one of the pools. Morning coffee or evening wine with that view + the sound of the ocean = perfection! The complex, including a private stretch of beach, is beautifully maintained, and we never had a problem finding a beach lounger with a direct view of the ocean, whether on the sand or in the shade. Guards on the beach keep away non-residents and the more aggressive vendors (but not the ladies selling massages in the shed next door -- highly recommend!). Activities can be purchased on the beach or from a condo resident. Kids enjoyed ziplining and parasailing. Dining options in the area are fabulous! Within a 1-10 minute walk of the complex are numerous restaurants with great, eager to please service and very affordable prices. Didn't have a bad meal all week, but our favorites were Citrus and Pastrata. Also liked the French bakery across the street, despite the unwelcoming service...Everyone else we encountered, though, was lovely, and we appreciated their help with our dreadful Spanish! For nightlife, there are numerous beach bars, but daughter really enjoyed joining the locals at Danny's across the street from the complex. Sidenote: Friends at the aI resort were told it was dangerous to go off property, but we found this completely untrue...walked everywhere at all hours and never felt unsafe. Our group (both kids and adults!) agreed that a condo -- this condo -- was definitely the way to go. Thanks Ilia and crew!

“Relaxing and tranquil” This was a great place to stay at. Progreso is a nice lazy fishing village at the tip of the Mexican state of Yucatan. It was a great place for our kids to hang out in the pool with comfortable accommodations. The beach is just a short walk down the road. If you like searching for shells, it is basically untouched (My daughter went crazy). The beach itself is not wide and a bit rocky the first few feet to get into it. However, it is shallow for about 100 meters or so out and wonderful warm water. From the beach you can watch the sunset in the evening. Progreso itself is not a destination really. Downtown is just okay. There are many things to do within 2 hours of time and Merida is only 20 minutes away. There are several supermarkets in town to bring drinks and food in. If you are looking for a great, relaxing place that feels like authentic Mexico, this is a great place to stay and visit. The site manager, Carlos, is a great guy and Jason, the owner, keeps on top of things. We would definitely return.

“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “A Nice Slice Of Heaven” We just returned from spending the month of February in Gorgona. Tom and Karen have this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo prepared with everything. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the space was great for the 4 of us. Wi-fi was easy and having access to free long distance in North america and a great Weber bbq. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and fishing village was great. We met wonderful people on our morning walks -an incredible beach and only a 10 minute walk to the fishing village for a fresh catch of sea bass. Just a few minutes to walk to the local sports bar, La Ruina - sit at the bar - and the bus stop is right across the street - 30 cents to the main road! Cabs were easy - the guard would call for us or you can set up the cell phone Tom and Karen have available and for $3. we drove into Coronado with 3 supermarkets - Super 99, the The Rey and and the El Machetazo - best produce We took a bus from the main road into the albrook Mall in Panama City - $2.50. Fyi - when you return, book your ticket in the Mall for Santa Clara and get off at Gorgona - you will need to buy a 'superpass card'' for $1.50 as well, not just the bus tickets. If you need help - Tom and Karen have a wonderful property manager, Carlo - he was there for us, when one of our companions forgot her insulin! There is also a new clinic in Coronado - the Doctor speaks English - $20 to see him! They have a very good dentist in Coronado close to Super 99. Day trip - definitely El Vallee - cooler - great market and busy on a Sunday. Grab Oscar for a tour of the Old City and the Canal - he picked us up at the airport - great English and sense of humour and a wealth of info. “Peace & Quite” Hello!!! Friends me and my husband visited this location and stayed 4 days, It was very nice the location peace and quite if that what you are looking for. The only thing that the apartment does not have is a microwave, coffee maker, matches to turn on stove, no rag no detergent to wash dishes. These things are the main things to have in a kitchen especially detergent or a simple rag or matches. The beach is like 5 min away in taxi 10min or 15min walking distance, Over all the area is very nice and the apartment is nice you just need to be prepared for this apartment especially if you are a coffee drinker. The only thing I left was the matches everything else you need to buy lol. Thanks Simone nice place to stay and nice people.

“Excellent” A perfect stay. The apartament is big, new, complete. The contest of Metro Country Club in Juan Dolio is made for people who want excellence, tranquillity and best security being in a green oasis at two minute from best beaches of Juan Dolio, Marbella, Guayacanes. The apartment are close to the door n. 2 of Metro Country Club so taking a 100 pesos cost motor you Can go to the city center and to the beach and don't need a own car or a taxi. I suggest to rent an apartment in Metro Country Club an i suggest this apartment.

“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“Everything you need in a beautiful setting” We ( me, my husband and adult daughter) stayed 8 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment! It was huge! 2 big bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a Living room and a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a restaurant, a bar, gym, launderette, 1 family pool, 1 Adult pool, 2 jacuzzis, happy hours, entertainment, free bus service to the beach, free pool and beach towels are provided. What more can you ask for. The apartment is away from the main strip- therefore it is quiet at night. It's only an easy 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and 25 minutes to the beach. The beach bar you are taken to provide free sunbeds, free iced water. Serves food and drinks- but don't constantly pressure you to purchase. We had a relaxed vacation here. Hopefully we will be back.

“Super Great Stay” We stayed at Bertha & Paul's apartment for the week and couldnt have been happier. The apartment, the view, the location, the amenities were all perfect from the moment we arrived. I would happily stay there again and every time hereafter that I visit Curacao. I could not thank them enough for our stay.
