“Fine location, what a view!” This is a wonderful little apartment in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has great access to both the old and new parts of town. The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable. It is small, and you need to climb a flight of stairs plus a spiral staircase, but it is well worth it. Sandra is a great bilingual host who made us feel most welcome. We highly recommend this apartment. The only downside is that the kitchen is very small, making extensive meal prep out of the question. But simple things like breakfast, pasta, or anything you can do with two burners, no problem. Our guess is most people like to eat out more than we do and restaurants are a plentiful with a short (inexpensive) cab ride. For the price, this can't be beat in Quito.

“Our best vacation yet!” My family is from Puerto Rico, and so is my husband's, so we go to the island often. The last two visits we stayed at the Embassy Suites, but it gets pricy for such a long stay. This year we opted to stay at San Juan Towers and room 663 was amazing! The view from our balcony was the beach and the pool - you can't really ask for more than that. It was great to have a kitchen available, fully equipped, and the front desk, doormen, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Best part for us was free parking. I will definitely be staying here in the future, and recommend it for anybody making travel plans. Isabel made the process easy and made herself available via email and cell. The reservation deposit was reimbursed immediately upon our return, and I will be sure to rent from her again in the future.

“Great place to stay!” I stayed here with my boyfriend this past week and we really enjoyed Point Village and the studio Domingos rented to us! The studio itself has a working stove, fridge, tv, air conditioner, and fan (plus wifi if you ask). Point Village is great because it is at the start of the 7 mile beach and is on private property so you will not be bothered on the beach, or anywhere else. It is quieter than what I saw of the rest of 7 mile beach and certainly more secluded. You can easily walk down the beach to a number of restaurants or bars or hop in a taxi to take to the west end. Personally, I loved it because it felt more like a community and home than any of the hotels we could have stayed at. Domingos was also a very gracious host who was always available and very willing to provide help and advice, or a drink! Nevertheless, it is a used-to-be resort that went bankrupt a couple of years ago so some parts of it are not that well maintained. If you are the type of person who loves or needs to stay at an all-inclusive resort this may not be the best fit for you. Another thing to keep in mind is it is next door to hedonism (a resort for mostly middle-aged nudes) and so on some parts of the property you can hear their music playing late at night (but for the most part it is very quiet). Regardless, I would certainly stay here, or in any of the other apartments in Point Village, the next time I visit.

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “clean and on the beach” Anatolia, your attention to the detail cleaning prior to my arrival was great! Aside from the cleanliness of the a.C. unit, all was superior. Service mid-week was terrific! Several outstanding employees, especially Security employee, Jorge, were attentive and friendly. At no time was I worried about security. Jorge took time to show me the safe way to walk to the Store and dolphin park. I greatly appreciated his service. I will highly recommend your company and I will be back next year if not sooner.
