Palati Mou (6330) - Large Penthouse Unit with Rooftop Pool

Cozumel house

  • 4 bedrooms

“A wonderful stay at Palati Mou” Anyone would enjoy staying at this condo, but it is especially ideal for families and/or a group of friends. The grounds are beautiful and having the dock for pickup by the dive boat each day was so convenient. The condo itself is everything and more that is depicted in the photos. It has every amenity. Plenty of places indoors and out to relax and we loved having our own pool. Thanks again to Enjoy Cozumel for helping answer our travel questions and with restaurant recommendations. It was really great having an on-island contact.

“Just Perfect!” This was our second stay at Casa Cindy, so we obviously love it. We prefer to stay away from the noise and crowds of downtown San Miguel and numerous resorts on this small island which makes Casa Cindy the perfect place for us. Of course, it's just a short drive (or taxi ride) into town when we want to shop or go out for a nice dinner. The condo is exactly as described & is very clean with nice furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. There's even a cooler & ice packs to keep our beer cold while we enjoy an afternoon on the beach or playing in the beautiful clear water. The pier is a just a short walk from the condo if you want to catch a dive, snorkel, fish or parasail boat. We shopped in the local grocery stores (which was a blast) and cooked "at home" most of the time but went out for several nice dinners, as well. Alex, Guest Manager for the property, is very responsive and helpful if you need advice on where to eat, want to schedule in-room massage, or have any maintenance issues . For instance, our microwave stopped working one evening and alex brought another one out the very next morning (try to get that quick, responsive service at home!). I guess I don't need to say it, but we'll definitely be back. Thank you to Kevin & Cindy for sharing your lovely piece of paradise with us!

“Wonderful place, clean and affordable” We stayed here for a month from Nov.11-Dec.11/2013. This was a well kept, clean and spacious unit -- well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc.

“Very nice accomodations and location!” Our condo was larger than I thought from the pictures, which is always a nice beginning to your trip! It was comfortably furnished with easy access to the pools and beach, right into the jungle courtyard. We really liked our location which is a bit away from town, you must have a rental car or pay $20.00 per taxi ride, ends up to cost more than a rental, FYI. Cozumel is a very inviting Island, just beautiful. Our only complaint regarding the condo were the beds, they really need to be replaced, especially the sofa sleeper, I read an earlier review with the same complaint, so it would be great if the owner would take note. Residencias is an overall nice place!

“Absolutely wonderful!” Our family stayed here over spring break this year. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was nice to have a bathroom in everyone's room. The food service at pool was yummy and very affordable. We always love the North end of the island. I agree with the other reviews--we will definitely re-book this condo next time we have the opportunity to go back to Cozumel.

“Paradise” We came to Cozumel for the Ironman Competition so we stayed the first 4 days in the city close to the race happenings. It was a busy 4 days. Then off to the peace and quiet of Residencia Reef. We walked in the door of Casita Del Mar and immediately felt relaxed, dropped our bags, cracked open a bottle of wine and watched the sun set right from our beachside patio. The room décor was calming and professional. They have thought of everything, abundant bath and beach towels, beach floaties, phone, internet, tv, there were even a few staple foods in the frig/cupboard to make cooking breakfasts easy. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with a 2 top portable burner, micro, toaster oven, toaster, blender, quality, dishes, pans and utensils. We made breakfast and lunch/happy hour daily and went out for dinner. We found no restaurants within walking distance from the condo except the all-inclusive resorts which offer day passes. We took a taxi to town nightly (150 peso each way) Great food at Kendesa, La Hach, Gusto, The Money Bar. Best Dive shop is Deep Exposure, Rodger gave us personal attention in a small group and a nice boat. Saw everything, sea turtles, eagle rays, eels, lobsters, crabs, and more varieties of fishes and corals then I could count. We snorkeled right outside the condo for hours and saw so much, the highlights were the flounder, and rays. Another guest said she saw a seahorse! The staff at Residencia Reef were very accommodating and friendly. We booked our condos, car rental and photo tour with Pawel and Margaret. They were very helpful!

“We will be comming back!” Had a great time at Casa Margaita and the Residencias Reef. The location of the condo was great, the only thing better would be the building right on the beach (and you would pay a ton more). We loved the first floor and how easy it was to just walk right out the back to the beach and pool, which are just right there! The condo had everything we needed and more. Having the phone to call the us was great and everyone in the local office was helpful. We were never able to get a hold of alex (the manager) even though he said it would work to call from the phone in the room but we just called the office and that worked for us too. I would def recomend getting a rental car, we did not and i wish we had. Also, make sure to get groceries on your way to the condo cuz once you are there you will want to relax and not go grocery shopping, not to mention you can't buy booze at the store after 9. There isn't much in walking distance, one beach club, but in the slow season it closes at like 5. The tub on the back porch is cold water, wish it was warmer but not the end of the world and i have heard this about all the back porch tubs so its not just this one. We got a great rate and they allowed us to check out late which was helpful since we had a later flight out. it was just my husband and i but it would have been great for our two year old too. We will def be coming back!!!

Casa Phillip (C1) - Heated Pool, Fantastic Snorkeling

Cozumel house

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 4 bathrooms
  • sleeps 6

“Really nice condo, but not perfect” We found Casa Phillip to be a very nice place to stay. However, it let us down in two major ways. The description (and photo) tell of a flat screen TV in the den. We really wanted this, as we were two couples with very different TV tastes, so we could each have a TV to watch if needed. We also dislike always having to have the TV on in the living room should one couple wish to watch and the other not. There was no TV in the den. Bummer! Not that we watched TV that much, but it was one of the defining features that prompted us to rent Casa Phillip. Secondly, we like to cook our breakfasts in our condo. The stove top was really bad. It barely got warm. For such a nice new condo it was awful. This was a bummer as well. Cooking our chorizo just got really difficult. We also could not find any trash bags and our garbage really overflowed out of the canister. The pool table in the lounge was also kind of a joke. The pool cues were in very poor shape, with no chalk. We played a few games, but it was pretty rough. Those negatives aside, we loved the views, the roominess, the decor and the complex in general. We found the pool to be uncrowded and there were pool noodles and coolers in the washroom that we enjoyed. Reasonably good wi-fi was also a plus. We used it a lot. The dinging of the elevator was not as noticeable as I feared from another review. But it wasn't a busy time of year, so it wasn't used all that much. Taxis were very easy to flag down right in front of the complex - I don't think it every took more than 3 minutes to get one. So it is a really nice place to stay other than what I mentioned. Margaret and Pawel also went out of their way to make the master bedroom special for our honeymooners. (For a fee.) That was a nice touch.

“Exceeded our Expectations” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Julie (8210). This condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, clean and well-managed. Having the washer and dryer available in the condo was very convenient and will make for lighter packing when we return. My husband and I got scuba certified during this visit to Cozumel and the pier which is just a short walk to the beach away was great as the scuba company would pick and drop us off right there saving taxi fair into town. The furnishings, including the king-size bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals. Security as you enter the complex are very professional and friendly. Both the living area and bedroom have a/C but we never used it... we enjoyed the cross breeze from the sliding glass door and bedroom window being left open.

“Perfect!” We have been going to Cozumel since 2003, and have stayed all over the island. Condumel by far is the most beautiful, tranquil, and peaceful place we've found.Their are no neighbors on either side and the location is ideal. We are divers, so want to be in the water as much as possible. The reviews about the snorkeling being good is absolutely true. The staff is awesome and go way out of their way to make your stay awesome.Sarah,Zachariah, Marina, Patti, and Bill," Thank you for the best week we've had in years" There are no words to do Condumel justice, you've just got to go and see for yourself. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Ocean Views, Oceanfront Condo, Cozumel, Mexico

Cozumel apartment

  • 2 bedrooms
  • 2 bathrooms
  • sleeps 6

“LOVE THE VIEW” My friends and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. The location is great and the view is amazing. We could snorkel and swim off the pier. For the most part the water was calm and the fish plentiful (the bad storm up north affected the weather a few days). It was easy to book and the owners were very prompt in their replies. We got to meet the owners on our arrival and they gave us loads of information about the island, places to see, things to do, where to eat etc. Having travelled to Mexico and rented condo's several times, in Puerto Vallarta, I was impressed with how quiet it was here. No barking dogs, no roosters. We had to contact Yasmin, the property manager, a few times and she was prompt and helpful. All in all a great holiday.

PENINSULA GRAND (B4) 3BR/4Ba LUXURY CONDO, Oceanfront, Food Service

Cozumel condo

  • 3 bedrooms

“Lux accomadations and amazing views from every room!” My family stayed in the Penninsula Grand resort in July. The condo B4 was well appointed with spacious rooms, a kitchen stocked with housewares and a flat screen TV. Multiple bathrooms made post-pool showering seamless for many adults planning a night out on the Cozumel town! Though really why would you need to leave the building - with a quiet and relaxing pool, pool table, and chef serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Relax by the pool with a rum punch and perhaps the best guacamole you've ever had!!! Highly recommended and will surely go back!
