“Cozy house on the Niagara River” This house was fabulous for our weeklong stay. One of the most important things for me was that I was able to do my work. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The house was very comfortable and clean. The house is directly on the Niagara River in a quiet neighborhood and just across the street from The Riverstone Grill restaurant. We enjoyed eating at The Riverstone Grill twice during our stay. As long as I'm mentioning restaurants, we also ate at Dick and Jenny's on Grand Island and that was an excellent meal as well. The house has everything you need for your stay. Linens, extra blankets, towels, dishes, snacks, full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, toiletries, games, videos, and even a high chair. Glenn was always just a phone call away and was wonderful about helping us whenever we had questions.

“Budget friendly, spacious home” We loved staying only a few short miles from Disney in a home that could accommodate our large family. Parking was very tight, but we managed. The home offered plenty towels, bedding, dishes, flatware, etc. for our large crew. I was, however, glad I packed some cookware as it would have taken a much longer time to feed a large group with the small cookware provided. I was impressed with how no one had to take cold showers as the hot water heater was able to keep up with everyone taking showers for church on Sunday morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly & the owner had recently purchased a brand new grill. We did have difficulty getting some of the electric outlets to work and one of the overhead lights did not work at all in one of the bedrooms. There were a few issues with ants and roaches when we first arrived, but we purchased bait plus the exterminator came on her regularly monthly visit while we were there & took care of the issue. I guess the biggest inconvenience was that there were no shelves on the refrigerator door. The house would have been perfect had refrigerator had those shelves or there had been a second refrigerator in the garage/game room. It was inconvenient to have to go grocery shopping every 2-3 days because the refrigerator would not hold enough food for a large group. The washer & dryer, however, were huge & plenty big! There were a few other minor issues, but we decided we would rather live with them than have to stay at the house & wait for the management company to come & deal with them. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone. The owner is obviously trying to keep the house up.

“Holiday Disney retreat” Perfect oasis. Clean, quiet and close to the parks. Perfect place to recharge and relax after long park days. Will definitely book again for park visits. Only suggestion is fix or replace couch in living room. It’s leather is peeling. But it’s very comfortable.

“Fabulous Location” From my initial contact with David I found that he responded promptly with any queries that I had and provided me with information on the Reunion Resort and the Kissimmee area. Arriving late on the Saturday evening, welcoming lights had been left on within the villa revealing a superbly decorated and immaculately clean home. The villa was suited to our family needs with 4 ensuite bedrooms. The provision of free wifi was a bonus for the younger family members. During our stay the well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, including a kettle, was used to cook numerous meals. Our family did make use of items provided for guests such as sat-nav, beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs which proved useful when we visited Clear Water beach. Craig from the Jeeves management team welcomed us on our first day and provided us with information on the Reunion Resort pointing out the community pools etc. The gym appealed to the enthusiastic among us. The Reunion Resort was easy to find with the instructions provided by David, unlike the 192, we experienced no traffic delays from the Disney Parks using the i 4. Publix supermarkets are located nearby. I can now understand why 7720 Link Side Loop, Patriots Landing is named 5* Villa Orlando. It certainly deserves the awards it has received. In my opinion there is a highly professional combination with David the owner and Jeeves the management team offering a high quality service and accommodation to renters. I recommend this villa and the Reunion Resort to any family contemplating a vacation in Orlando. I hope that when I return to Florida that this accommodation will be available on our chosen dates as I doubt if we will be able to find better. David thank you for all your help and playing your part in making our vacation to Florida successful and enjoyable.

“Fantastic Location and Beautiful Accomodations” Our daughters and their families stayed here in February. The condo was everything we expected and more. It has a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the screened in lani which runs the width of the unit. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group of nine and the kitchen / dining area was well stocked with appliances , pots & pans , dishes , glassware , etc. Condo has easy access to heated pool and ample parking. Owner made the rental process smooth as silk , and we all felt right at home as soon as we had checked in. Right across street from world famous Siesta Beach. Would highly recommend.

“Already ready to come back !” The house was amazing!We bring the kiddies every year for Spring Break & I’m so happy we decided to switch houses this year! It was so modern and updated. “just a perfect place for a family vacation” This place was perfect! we had 3 children under the age of 6 and 8 adults, and we never thought we were on top of each other. The house, pool deck, BBQ, and appliances were all in good working order. Any questions we were only a call away and they answered the phone every time. Having the pool for the little ones was perfect, Just a reminder that if the little ones get up before the adults there is a large wooden stick to put in the sliding door track, so even if they can unlock the door they cannot get out, a good addition for safety. The overhang on the deck was large so anyone could get out of the sun if desired and still be close to the kids in the pool for anything that would come up. Also perfect place to have lunch as there is a large table there also. If you are planning to cook for this large of a group it might be a good idea to bring a few extra pans or baking pans so it can be all done at once. But not saying there was nothing there to use but just not like at home as there is not a lot of extras but adequately supplied. if there were any complaints that we had there was some sand in the hot tub but we learned there were a lot of mid 20 year old people there the week before our arrival. So we understood. We did not call them on this but I am sure if we did they would have been there in a heart beat to remedy it. Also they are currently building two homes next door that are in the framing stage, so a little extra noise. But they were very mindful, and did not really start till around 9:30 am and quit by 4. Also they were only working 3 of the 7 days we stayed. But were very nice people and we very mindful to tell us when there might be a loud noise they were going to make in a few minutes as not to scare the kids. I just mentioned this for information, and I would rent here again even if the building next door was still in progress. Go ahead and rent and i hope you have even close to as great of time as we did!
