“Best trip to Jamaica ever!!!” My girlfriends and I decide to take a girls trip to some where nice so we can chill, relax, party, and just have so fun. We decide on Palm Villa in Ducans, Jamaica. Now I've been to Jamaica countless times, but this time its was the perfect get away. First and foremost Jennifer was and is amazing. The villa was clean, relaxing, cozing and about a 2 min walk from the ocean. The landscaping was beatiful and the outside shower is to die for. Jennifer toke care of everting from food to transportation and everting in between. Also the local were very friendly (hey tony). In closing I would like to thank Jennifer and Palm Villa for making this trip to Jamaica the best trip ever. “Great vacation home” The home was exactly as it appeared on the site. House was clean and comfortable.view was amazing. Everything we needed was available to us or in reasonable distance. Marsha is a wonderful host, she was always available by phone and had Ms. Bev there waiting for us upon arrival even though we arrived earlier than the check in time. Miss Beverly is a very polite lady who showed up everything we needed to know. Will definitely be going back to stay and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable vacation home.

“Affordable, spacious and near luxurious.” Visited Whistling Villa May 16th - 23rd with 4 friends. I chose this villa primarily because of proximity to attractions in Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. Osburn always responded to my emails within minutes of sending them, which was comforting. I stayed at another property owned by him, and therefore trusted him. General: The villa was almost too large for 5 friends, but we each had our own space. The layout of the villa maximized the space so that the living area was extremely large. It was clean and well decorated but not so much so that you are aware that you're on an island villa; it had a really cozy feeling. Housekeeper: We had a cook!! We begged her to come home with us. Dorothy made everything we asked for and on the days we asked her to surprise us, we had heavenly meals! Breakfast was always prompt and we had breakfast in the outdoor dining area near to the pool. Pool: At the deepest end, the pool was 8ft deep. It was large and with 5 of us in the pool at the same time, we were not crowded. Bedrooms: The bedrooms were large with en suite bathrooms, a small television with cable TV, closet, air condition and dresser. It was clean and cozy. The bed sheets were outdated, but who goes to Jamaica to stay in bed right? Groundskeeper: Chris, who's the grounds man, kept the property clean and most mornings when he woke up to rake the grass, I interrupted him for some chit chat. He's soft spoken and extremely helpful, always asking if we needed anything. Amenities: We celebrated one birthday while there, and needed some music, but the reception on the radio was a bit poor and had static, so walk with many CDs. Wifi was strong in most areas, but weakest in the bedrooms. Appliances were as expected for an island villa.

“Winter getaway-Jazzfest” The Residences at Briarwood, we recently stayed there in January 2014, It is one of Jamaica's best kept secrets, The owners Baron and Charmaine was most accommodating, kind, and pleasant, they made sure that we had an enjoyable time. this is the first time in 20 years I have not stayed in a non all Inclusive, this stay was a far better one. The beach is a 5 minutes transportation to Falmouth 2 miles away is inexpensive. I am looking forward many more stays in the future , love it , love it ,love it

“awesome” arrived at seacastle with a few friends for a girls weekend. The condo was nice,clean and very spacious. Everything was ready when we got there and the owner very courteous and even helped us with an extra night when we missed our flight.the hotel next door had a great bar and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely recommend seacastle for a great relaxation trip

“My Stay” I usually don't do this but I felt the world should no. This home has the most beautiful view. The home is well maintained, Bathrooms, bedrooms everything. I would love to keep this gem to myself but I felt I should share this with the world. The community is terrific close to local shops, the stadium and night life. I would recommend this home! Thanks Mr Williams we will be back.
