“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“It was a Great Experience!” This was one of the best places I have ever stayed: everything inside the condo was new or almost new, perfectly clean, very comfortable furniture, lots of supplies, fully equipped kitchen, close to great shopping and restaurants, spent lots of good times by the pool and the owners were always friendly and available for any questions and best of all my deposit was given back to me without any issues of delays.

“Great place to stay for an early spring break” Pete - thanks for being such a great host. The place was situated right near everything we wanted to do - dinner and drinks in old town Scottsdale, spring training games, you name it. “Absolutely Amazing” Our experience staying here was absolutely amazing! The accommodations are a pool house in a beautiful 1-acre complex with a gate, separate building from the owners who live on-site. The house is immaculate, everything you need in provided, and you couldn't ask for a more relaxed and serene setting for a stay in Phoenix. The hostess was so gracious and helpful, we had everything we needed except for a coffee grinder, which she generally lent us her personal one. We had a fantastic time and we would recommend staying here to absolutely everyone! 5 stars, no questions asked!

“Absolutely perfect place to stay in Phoenix!” We stayed at the Margarita and it was perfect! Awesome views, plenty of comfort and space inside and out, privacy, everything we needed, excellent hosts! The hot tub (at sunrise and sunset) was the best. Laying outside on the chaise and looking at all the stars with a glass of wine was very special. Hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect for us-we went to 2 ballparks, Sedona for the day and explored the area. We went mostly to relax, and staying in this casita was SO much better than any condo or hotel. We loved being on top of the world! We will be back!
