“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Beautiful Beachy Condo” We loved staying in room 912. Had everything we needed for the week, the view from our balcony was great. Kitchen had everything in case you wanted to cook. We were very pleased & would stay again.

“Beautiful relaxing home” Villa, Sunny Breeze is a large beautiful home on canal. Just bring our suitcase. All other items to run a home were furnished. Easy to locate and convenient to local grocery, gas stations and shopping. All questions were promptly answered. Would highly recommend.

“Wonderful Experience” We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was beautifully decorated, the A/C was wonderful and the experience was all round great. If I could give some tips on any negative things is there is a terrible smell in the bedroom. Could be pet oder or mildew. I use a candle to try and smother the smell. The view from the patio is fantastic as well. Had great internet service and TV in living room is great. TV in bedroom is too small to see. I would recommen this unit to anyone.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Lovely vacation on the Gulf Coast” Jill and Peter were very friendly, accommodating hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the information to make us feel like locals to the Indian Shore. The apartment is impeccably clean and spacious.
