“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“Clean new home” This being my first time staying outside Disney I was nervous about renting a home. But this home was 5 stars in all aspects . The home is very well furnished and was clean . It was spacious for the whole family and travelling with young children cleanliness is most importnat for me. This home was spic and span including the kitchen ware . I would recommend this to any one . You just need a renatl car to get around

“Relaxing and peacefull” Hi.. For sure recomended. Its cosy and relaxing and a neat neighboorhood. I had a few concerns but as soon as i reported anything, the attendance was fast. This made my stay feel safe. Wallmart , target and some restaurants were close by. For sure will visit it again. Thank you for everything !

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“Great Villa and Great Location!” My family of four plus my mother in law stayed at this property last month. Simply put, it is terrific. The villa has 6 plus bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, a huge pool and spa etc - all of which are luxuriously appointed. We were so close to the Disney parks it made the "Park Hopper" passes we bought very easy to use. We would travel to one park in the morning, return to the villa for lunch and then go to another park in the evening. The villa is located in a very upscale private community and it seemed very safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anybody.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “Lovely vacation on the Gulf Coast” Jill and Peter were very friendly, accommodating hosts.
