“Peaceful, delightful Balinese styled villa....” Photos and the information provided by the owner are all true and correct ! The villa is located off the main street, Jl Laksmana, Seminyak - so close to all those wonderful restaurants and boutiques. The property is amazingly quiet. We had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The mobile phone was well used to book restaurants; the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need; the outdoor shower was just lovely. The villa was very clean; housekeeping every day - thanks IDA! The support via requests for information from the owners before we left, along with the support from Dayu and her staff was great. Pool was great for a dip with the beach not too far away. I stayed here with my husband, my 19 yo daughter and her friend. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Arianna. Excellent.....

“Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“Bali bliss!!” I stayed at Villa Dewata with a group of girlfriends and simply had the most wonderful week. The location of the venue was very quiet & private yet still central to all the boutique shops & cafes. The landscape & interiors of the villa were extremely tranquil; each private rooms had plenty of space & was consistently kept very clean & tidy during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to cater for any of our needs. A great holiday!!!

“Beautiful Umalas Villias.” This place was beautiful and clean with everything you would want in a well equipped Villa. Chef was amazing. Tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You would definitely need a taxi to head to the beach or to do some shopping. But nothing was too difficult or too far away. I would highly recommend the villas. And hope to come back soon. It was so peaceful. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us tremendously. Along with her amazing staff. Which included the driver, security guards, housekeeper and chief.

“Oasis in Ubud” We stayed at this beautiful little villa for 5 nights and it was fantastic, it is a private villa that is close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the owner Kath & Wayan were helpful with anything required including sending back a forgotten piece of clothing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a lovely villa that is close to everything, there is no need for a taxi as you can walk to all the key parts of town. Lastly breakfast is great - icing on the cake.

“Awesome!” Villa Manis is so beautiful! Very close to centre 15min walk yet quiet location. The villa design incl interior is awesome, Mary Lee has definetly a good taste and talent, with attenion to details - everything you need are there and she made herself available to queries, so no need to worry about anything. Surely I'd like to return back whenever visiting Ubud.

“Happy Bali Vacation@ A.W.E.S.O.M.E Villa =)” We booked this villa from the owner, Antonius just days before our trip after seeing the good reviews and beautiful pictures. His response to our emails was prompt & helpful. I will say a personal touch as it was more like booking from a family friend. If you are concerned that the pictures were be different from the actual look of the villa. There is really nothing to worry, as the place was well-equipped & pretty. It was a 5D4N stay for my family with airport pickup. The driver for our airport pickup even came an hour b4 our flight landed! The villa was located in Seminyak whereby there are really lots of great food within short distance like Naughty Nuri, Kuteda, Potatohead, Sea Circus, The Bistrot, Rumours (Taxi Fare: SGD$2-3) & a supermarket right outside the main road of our villa . We even managed to get some great souvenirs from there. Most important is our favourite SPA BALI for massage needs is just less than $2(cab fare) away too! Getting a taxi is not difficult as well if you do not have a hired driver as you can find a lot right outside the main road. My family indeed enjoyed our 1st villa experience. It was also the 1st time that we experienced the service whereby we were given a local mobile for us so that it is much more convenient & having 2 butlers to help us with the daily cleaning and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. They even buy fruits, cut them and do juices for us as part of their service. They also speak fluent English so language wasn't a problem. During our stay, we hired a driver to bring us around as we felt that it will be much more convenient & the price was reasonable but he got lost when he tried to locate our villa on the 1st day. Antonius was very helpful to him, giving him the directions to the villa when he called him for help as he could not get us on our local mobile. He even gave one of the butler a call to check on us to see if our hired driver found us. Indeed, an extra mile service. Thank You, Antonius!! If my friends will to come Bali, I will definitely recommend them Villa Agni as we really enjoyed our stay. Great Service with a personal touch! =) Actually, I was already sharing with them how great the place is on my first day & recommending them!! hahaa... =)

“Bliss in Paradise” I spent four days here and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in an opulent yet homey setting. The swimming pool and large lawn were wonderful fringe benefits, and the wall surrounding the compound made me feel cozy and secure. I give it my highest recommendation.

“A Wonderful Week In Bali” We had two families take over Villa Jumah for 7 days during Chinese New Year. We had a wonderful time and were so pleased (after a bad air B&B; experience in Hong Kong) that everything at Villa Jumah was as advertised/promised. The transportation was ready for our arrival with 2 vans to whisk us through Saturday evening traffic during a rain storm to the villa where we were met by one of our primary butlers (Agus) who toured the villa for us so we could make some decisions on who would be sleeping where. They had also ordered in dinner for us as requested so we could get our kids to bed as soon as possible (since we arrived at the villa after 8p). There was space enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 11). 2 very large bedrooms, 1 average sized bedroom and 1 small bedroom. The rooms were all as shown in the pictures. Well decorated with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The small bedroom at the bottom of the stairs off of the living area was a little musty - not unheard of in the tropics, but none of the other rooms had this issue. I think it needed a good airing out and maybe a little time with a dehumidifier to address the smell, but it wasn't overpowering and wasn't a significant issue. The grounds and layout of the villa allowed for plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have their own places to read, soak up the sun and 9 people never felt on top of each other. By far the jewel of the villa was the staff. Attentive, polite, helpful - Simply amazing. They helped call in massages and pedicures, helped make dinner reservations, ordered in food, and did it all with smiles on their faces and cheer in their voices. We opted for the extravagant suckling pig dinner one evening when we had friends over and they did an outstanding job with the food and the decorations. Probably most importantly, as a bug we brought with us from Taiwan went through the group they took such good care of us. Highly recommend!

“Ideal for a family!!” We stayed at Umalas Retreat 2 in August, took advantage of cheap flights from Darwin and there opening special. Our family was not disappointed! Main bedroom extremely spacious, kids rooms well set up and all the amenities that one could ask for. Outside area was good, pool was clean and the kids loved it. Thank you so much to the housekeeper / chef she prepared us local food and we all enjoyed the experience, also thank you to Kay in helping us with the booking and providing us with idea of things to do in the area.

“A holiday made easy!” Merta Sari 10 is comprised of three spectacular villas located in the heart of Seminyak. The villas are tucked away in a quiet corner of Jalan Drupadi which perfectly balances complete eradication of traffic noise, whilst maintaining easy walking distance from some of Bali's best restaurants and other attractions. The experience was made so easy by a little black book which is found on the coffee table of the villas. This book (which we referred to as the Bible!) gives great local insight into tourist destinations, the best restaurants (even the best dishes at the best restaurants), directions to places of interest, phone numbers for taxi services, washing, soft drink and alcohol delivery services; right down to little tips and tricks for getting around in bali (such as how to avoid being ripped off at markets or on the street etc.). I believe the book was written by the owner of the villas, who has compacted years and years worth of local knowledge into one place - so literally everything you need to know about Bali can be found in this book!!! I highly recommend these villas to any kind of travelling group - and make sure you read the back book!!!

“Best birthday I could have had” Villa ketumber was exactly as described and the photo were an excellent indication of how this villa is. Travelling with my grown family and a few of their friends there was room for everyone. Nice and close to everything we wanted. Staff were very helpful especially ajan the gardener who went above and beyond many times for us all. We loved tickis the cat even if she can be a little noisy through the night lol . Hadrien was fantastic with his quick responses to any queries we had before coming and showed great compassion for an incident we had while we stayed there. Have stayed in villas many times in Bali and this was my favourite.

“It was all the comforts of home but away from home” We thoroughly enjoyed the house, my wife loved the decor, kid had an awesome time with the pool. The villa is actually cuter than picture. Short distance to the beach is just perfect. The mobile phone provided was a great plus to call a taxi or receive a call from taxi when you're waiting for pick up in other areas, and we enjoyed reserving the restaurants The staffs made us quitely comfortable. It rained many days of the week when I was there, and heavily. Well, I'd like to say, "A rainy day at the villa is better than a sunny day anywhere."

“Fulfilled our expectations” This is a great villa, clean, spacious and very peaceful! Can't say enough about the staff, they just wanted to make our holiday special. Owner Noel was great to deal with, he even took the time to come and meet us. The rooms are good, all with air con which is a relief from the heat of Bali. Mozzies are an issue, but that is everywhere in Bali. You have to be diligent and close the villa up early and spray every night, this keeps them at bay! The pool is amazing with direct sunlight from 11am until 4pm- great for getting a tan! I would recommend hiring a car, it makes things so much easier as the villa is slightly out from the main drag of Seminyak. Would highly recommend this villa, it has everything you need!

“Stunning view, spacious luxurious villa.” We stayed at villa Leana in Jan 2015 with a large group. The villa is awesome with stunning view from dining and living room making the stay very memorable. Each bedroom is massive, the bathroom is so spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is a bit small for us as we had 11-12 people all swimming at the same time but we had fun regardless. There's no shallow part for kids unfortunately. But my kids all brought swimming floaties so it's fine. But the view from the pool made up for the size as it was absolutely stunning from up there. Relaxing on the lazy beach chair was great! The hosts are so friendly and they all speak English well. They welcomed us in the middle of the night and send us off at dawn with a smile. They were always very willing to do whatever we asked. The bedroom gets cleaned daily. There's fresh pool towel whenever we come home in the evening and we never got any complaint about the noise we made while swimming at midnight. Breakfast is typical Aussie breakfast but they're well prepared including toasts bacon eggs sausages fruits and cereals. We ordered fried rice for breakfast and A few of us had a small lunch at the villa consisting of satay rice gado2 and fried chicken and the food were delicious and only costs us a fraction of the shop's pricing. Distance from the main road is not too far as well. We stayed in the same area not long ago but it was further and more isolated. So for the view we get, the villa distance is fairly good. On the way to the villa there are plenty of nice street food (martabak, satay, etc) and restaurants worth visiting such as Fat Chow and the 'martabak' pop up shop outside Warung satay club. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend villa Leana.

“Beautiful Villa, Amazing staff and owner!” Wonderful experience at beautiful Bali Villa M - from start to finish! Even before arriving in Bali, the owner, Noel, was incredible and such a fabulous help. The staff are so friendly and quite knowledgable of Bali life and can help with almost anything. The beds were very comfy, and the location was quite ideal - in the middle of everything - yet transport is suggested. Gorgeous oasis tucked away. Thank you to all the staff. I would definitely come here again!

“A Wonderful 'Getaway' Villa” I've visited Bali on multiple occasions over the last 10 years but after my wife, 18-month old son, a friend, and I spent 4 nights at the villa in Penestanan, I will never bother looking for anywhere else to stay. The villa is extremely well thought out and designed to make the best use of the space with a reasonable size swimming pool and garden area for enjoying the sun. The two double bedrooms are beautifully furnished and boast exquisite outdoor bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and extremely spacious even for several adults. It is clear that a tremendous amount of thought has gone in to ensuring you want for nothing and caters for your every need; in addition to the large fridge/freezer, 3-burner gas hob, flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and wifi, it is also supplied with a toaster, juicer, coffee plunger, umbrellas, and inflatable beds for the swimming pool! Not only does the villa ooze quality, but it is also fabulously appointed in an extremely quiet neighbourhood, yet only 5 minutes walk to the well known The Bridges restaurant and Murni's warung. We all left the villa planning how soon we could return! I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
