“Great home away from home” Everything was as was in pictures. The place was clean and perfect for our family. We would come back again. Owner was available when we need him. He also checked in to see if everything was ok.

“Incredible apartment!” Awesome spot to stay while exploring Montreal. The apartment was easy to find and is a quick drive to all the major tourist spots. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes within walking distance. Street parking was in abundance since the neighbor is primarily residential but be sure to pay attention to the street parking rules. Also, there is a shared city bike rack located about 3 blocks from the apartment. There are similar bike racks located all through the city so It came in handy. The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. Fresh towels and linens were provided. The apartment has access to a large backyard deck with grill. Lance is incredible. He was very accessible through email and replied to any inquiries almost immediately. Unfortunately we had some rowdy downstairs neighbors who took over the deck and made sleeping the first night very difficult. Renter behavior is completely and utterly out of his control so in no way do I hold that against him. Lance addressed the issues right away and checked up daily to assure that the problem did not occur again. I would definitely rent this apartment again

“Absolutely fabulous apartment - the layout/furnishings/ambiance and the neighbourhood” We have just spent six nights in the apt and are reluctant to leave. It is really warmly and tastefully decorated and we have had so many nice memories, with all of our guests commenting on how great the apt is. We had a good sized group for dinner one night and the layout and flow was perfect for mingling. There is literally everything, from convenience store to pharmacy to coffee shop to great resto's to metro to pick-up food within a two minute walk from the door. The business owners are very professional and responsive to even the smallest detail. Truly a great choice. We will be back!
