“Fabulous little villa - cannot recommend enough” Frangipani Villa was lovely, we were met at the airport and transported back to the Villa, a journey of about half an hour. The place was spotless and they had stocked the fridge for us with fruit, bacon, eggs etc, that was a lovely touch as the last thing we wanted to do was go out shopping. The pool was lovely and just perfect for my young children learning to swim. Everything we needed was there, stereo, tv, DVD player and wifi (this wasn't working when we arrived but it was fixed as soon as it could be). I can't recommend this place enough, it was a little bit out of the main drag but this suited us and the taxis are very cheap and are there almost instantly when you call for one. There is a lovely restaurant in Nusa Dua that we went to a few times called Nyomens, they picked you up and dropped you home for free. There was a real wide range of food. There were 14 of us there for dinner and they were so accommodating, all of us had lovely meals there too and it was very reasonable. Also, all of the shops along there stay open fairly late so if you are after last minute souvenirs as you were too busy sunbathing during the day, it's perfect. If you get the opportunity to rent this property - do! You're getting so much for your money.

“Ultimate relaxation” The villa is a great place to relax away from the hustle of Bali crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants to take advantage of them. Josef called in with some suggestions but the rest of the time we were very capably looked after by the staff and Goldie. Everything was very comfortable in the house and in-house massages were a treat. When we needed medical help at the end of the stay a doctor only took one hour to arrive at the house. Only downside, as mentioned by other guests, is the mosquito problem. Use Bushmans spray or lotion all day every day. Thank you to everyone and to the lazy guard dog!

“Beautiful villa, great location” We stayed in villa c for our honeymoon in March 2014. The villa was beautifully modern and comfortable, we especially loved the outdoor shower. Close to the beach and shops but still with secure privacy. The property was brand new when we stayed and there was no WiFi yet but the cafe down the road had free wifi and delicious french toast. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We recommend if you stay here that you eat at 'The Fire Station' only a short walk from the villa.

“Overall good and comfortable” Loved the cold pool , clean, spacious , beers are readily available . Great wifi , Kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking . Minimal insects which is awesome ! Service is good , we were welcomed by Lancar , a very friendly man who speaks and understand English well . He also organized rafting trip for us swiftly. Great value . Definitely a wonderful accomodation for big groups ! Two 24hr convenience stores are situated right outside the villa . It's quite a mixed experience for 8 of us cos I got the cold nice room and 2 of my friends got the ground floor room which is very warm and uncomfortable Two down side : the room on first floor was very warm . Air conditioning doesn't seem to work , no fan, and the toilet inside this room is a little bit scary for us so we closed and avoid going there . - we were given a phone to use in Bali which is a very nice service , however only managed to use it for a few calls to Lancar and can't make any calls out anymore when we tried to order macdonalds .. Maybe it is networks prob or something , do check with Lancar on how to use the phone . We are still here but do not know how to get him regarding the aircon and the phone.

“A Bali Beauty” Arriving in Bali after a long flight, it was wonderful to be greeted by our driver at the airport, and transported to our Villa. On arrival we were overwhelmed by the our spacious Balinese home away from home. All mod cons, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for added comfort at night. The pool was a bonus, we swam any time of the day or night. The bifold doors were a great to close off the pool as we had young children with us. The villa was serviced daily, it was a real holiday for everyone. There was a water cooler with ice cold water on tap at all times and a kitchen with everything you need for holidays...but why would you cook every day when you are so close to restaurants and shops. There is a laundry virtually across the road..had all our washing and ironing done ready to come home. Lancer and his friendly staff were available to help with anything we wanted. Whether it was a fully cooked breakfast, dinner organised at the Villa or sightseeing to be arranged, he was our man. We had a security guard on duty 24/7 who welcomed us home each day.... We are so glad we chose this property to stay at.

“I'll be back” Wonderful experience. Transport was arranged to pick us from the airport. Upon arrival at the villa, was greeted with friendly staff and Fresh Mango Juice as welcome drink :) Very big, nice and clean rooms with individual bathroom attached. Had the pool to ourselves to swim anytime of the day. Breakfast are included but limited choice. Their staffs are really wonderful, kind and friendly. On one of the day, when we came back late (about 10pm plus), they even waited for us outside the villa. They are always there for us, making coffee or tea when we are back, helping to order food, going out to buy beer for us in the middle of the night at 2am and coming back with a smile on their face. Free wi-fi available within the villa. For people like my hubby who will always check his e-mail at night even on a holiday, we save a bomb on the roaming charges. And of course, made our online check in for the return flight easier. We are only 10mins away from the aqua Club whereby we enjoy the SeaWalker experience. And a stone throw away from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and clean towels provided daily, not only in the bathroom, but at the poolside as well. Individual balcony on the upper level outside each room, with rattan with or sundeck chair. Overall, it's a wonderful stay and I must say a big thank you to all the friendly staffs. You are the best ! I'll definitely come back to this Villa.
