“Papa and Gigi's Family Vacation” This was our first time at Phoenix West and it won't be our last. Great location right on Orange Beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Lovely, clean, and spacious 2nd floor condo overlooking the lazy river. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

“Winter retreat” Had to take my daughter back to college and escape the frigid north. This condo was perfect. Clean and the furnishings were outstanding. I only hope I can do this again real soon. Orange Beach was amazing. This condo and area is a real treasure. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable and relaxing.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Wonderful weekend” Wonderful location. The prettiest pool ever, This condo has a very clean well equipped kitchen. The baths were clean and plenty of linens for our stay were provided. This trip was a birthday gift to my tired stressed daughter, mother of my only grandchild. Everyone had a great time.

“Nice Home On The Bay” Exactly as advertised and value priced for beach trip at peak season. Very nice CLEAN unit in beach home in a small cove on Hudson Bay. Convenient access to Marina, quick walk to the bay, and less than 5 minutes to several choices of public beach accesses, three of which we utilized, all wonderful. Owner and unit manager responded quickly to email/call with brief wifi outage (no fault of owner) and manager showed up at unit to trouble-shoot issue within minutes. Unit C is upstairs, not appropriate for anyone who cannot climb stairs to enter an apartment. Loft bedroom was perfect for two young adult daughters. Living/den area was very clean and roomy for family of four plus family dog. Master bedroom average size. All mattresses, including sofa mattress very comfortable. If interested in kayaking or canoeing, this rental would be ideal, as there is a public launch within 25-50 yards, bring your own and fishing gear, lots of old wooden structures near the marina that should be great fishing. Charter cruisers and fishing are also located next door.

“Very good!” We decided at the very last minute to head to the beach. Within minutes of my inquiry, I was able to book our stay. It was also a great price for the time of year we decided to go! “Best Vacation Ever!” We loved, loved, loved this condo!! It was our first vacation as a family and first time my husband had seen the ocean! He fell in love! The location was wonderful and the beach was family friendly. The condo was very clean. The storage closet was full of everything you possible would need for the beach. Janet was very friendly and answered all my emails promptly and efficiently. We hope to go back again!

“Awesome Condo” My family stayed in this condo for a few days prior to our son's return to college for the fall term. It was very clean, well appointed (really nice cook ware), comfortable beds and more than adequate silverware, plates, glasses and cups. There is a Keurig machine instead of a coffee pot which was great for us. I've stayed at lots of beach condos and have never had a clothes dryer that worked well until this trip! Both bathrooms had hair dryers. The TVs, dishwasher and fridge were also nice. We will definitely book this unit again!!
