“AMAZING LOCATION!” This has to be the BEST location in Orange Beach. The accommodations were OUTSTANDING! The VIEW from the balcony was so good. As for the location it was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The relaxing atmosphere was well worth the money spent.

“The Enclave is well maintained, convenient to shopping and great” We have been visiting Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for many years because we love the area, the beach is always clean and the people are very friendly. Enclave unit 304 was ideal for us as our family of 10 is sometimes difficult to accomodate since we prefer the amenities afforded by a condo complex as opposed to a house. The staff at the Enclave was extremely friendly, the complex well maintained, the beach lovely, and shopping within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed this year's visit!

“A very enjoyable week.” 1103 is beautifully decorated and well furnished. We especially all enjoyed the very large deck and comfortable furniture and views. Beds were all great also. Would suggest the mildew behind the master bathroom faucet be removed - not a good view when brushing teeth. Also would be good if the building had one more elevator. Kaiser made everything go without a hitch!!

“Nice condo, beautiful view, enjoyed my stay!” Was a great family vaca in this condo. Clean, nicely furnished, great view! Loved our mornings here - sat on the balcony drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. Owners were nice and transaction went smoothly. Would def recommend.

“Nice condo great views” We stayed in this condo for 4 nights. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a few maintenance issues while we were there but they were taken care of in a timely manner. The location was good and the pool was nice. We had nice access to the beach a little bit of a long walk especially when carrying chairs and coolers. The beds were not very comfortable I prefer a softer mattress. The couch and chair were kinda worn and sunken in. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

“This was one of the best vacations we have had.” This is a great location - the view of the water is great - the amenities are wonderful - the condo was very clean and certainly met our expectations. Check-in was extremely easy. There are great seafood places nearby - several that rate 5-stars! The on-line condo description and pictures were very accurate. We certainly hope to come back!

“1007 Summerchase...THE ULTIMATE GETAWAY FOR THE $” Loved this place...decorated tastefully, clean, and spacious. The water is steps away...the beach area is spacious without being a huge expanse between the building and the water. I highly recommend this property.

“Pictures Do Not Do It Justice” We loved the condo. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The first thing I noticed was that it was clean and very well maintained. It came equipped with everything you need to cook and make yourself at home. The balcony is fantastic with wrap around windows in the living room. We will be telling everyone that is going to Orange beach in the future about this unit. We hope to make this trip a yearly thing and if we do we will be staying here again if it is available.

“Great condo and loved the view!” Our experience was very different this year! It was rainy 3 of the 4 days we were there! But I loved the condo and perfect view from the balcony! With all the rain I sat on the balcony more than ever. A rainy day at the beach is still better than any day at work or home.

“Good Family condo” This was a great condo for a family vacation- I was originally worried that the living area might be too small from the photos, but it was very nice. The balcony was great- we had many meals there and enjoyed the connected outdoor space. The pools for the building were nice, and we appreciated them when we needed more shade than the beach. The condo was clean, which was my main concern, and a good size for our group. The kitchen was a decent size and had pretty much anything we thought we might need but didn't bring. The wifi also worked well. Only thing that is slightly less than convenient is going to the Anchor office to pick up and drop off the keys. The office is in Gulf Shores, the condo in Orange Beach, and on our day of departure we sat in traffic for an hour to return the keys. It would be more ideal to have an in unit or in building key drop off. However, that didn't affect the quality of the overall stay.

“great” it was decorated nicely, the corner unit's balcony was wonderfully usable (we will only do corner units from here on out!) and the location and amenities were great. only "bad" was we could not get either phone to work in the unit so we were unable to just checkout from our unit and had to drop the keys off back at Kaiser.

“Cute condo!” Condo was very nice and at a perfect location. Only thing I can complain about is $7.00 per day wi-go and the second day we were there we were without water due to maintenance from 9-630. They said they sent out letters but we never got one so were not able to shower before going to dinner after swimming all day. Yuck. I'm sure that won't happen to anyone else though so other than that I definitely recommend!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.
