“Outstanding Vacation Rental” Our extended family (22 people - 13A/9K) had a great week at Saddle Beach. The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The option of being in the pool or the river during the day was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished. The dining room table and table on the porch provided plenty of seating for meals. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean-up after meals. The pool was clean and the river was awesome, with a gradual slope that was perfect for kids and adults. We used the crab traps provided and caught 2 dozen crabs that made a great contribution to dinner on Friday. Crabbing was best by the dock. We caught all but 3 crabs there, rather than out closer to the middle of the river. The AC on the ground floor stopped working on Tuesday, but one call to the owner and the repair team was on-site in less than 2 hours. The issue was resolved before noon on Wednesday. We have been renting vacation properties for years and issues crop up from time to time. We appreciated the quick response and resolution. The one recommendation we will make is to bring bug spray (mosquitos and horse flies). We anticipated it being right on the river, but if you haven't had that experience, you need to be prepared.

“Fabulous location!” Very clean home, with an easy, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room on the beach. You do not need to get to the beach early to reserve a spot for yourself. The owner is very sweet and available if you have any problems. Since this is a 3 story townhouse, there are a lot of steps, so it is not suitable if you have trouble going up and down stairs frequently. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of storage room. Decks are marvelous!

“Great place and wonderful owners” We had a great experience at Sea La Vie. We used to stay right at the boardwalk. But now we discovered how much better this area is. It is the best of both worlds: calm and beautiful beach that is not too crowded, but is also very close to the fun activities and night life of the boardwalk. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very close to the beach. Thanks Elena for the great stay!

“Great Place” Affordable cool place. Very roomy and clean. Owner very responsive to messages. My son slept on the sofa bed and like all sofa beds the bar in the middle is always an issue. Other beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items. New stove, new dining table and new outdoor furniture. Only 2 negative. One there was no TV in the main bedroom upstairs and no outdoor faucet to rinse off sand from the beach. Allow time to clean up to be fair to the next guest :)

“Vacation Rental Was Everything We Wanted and Then Some” This rental was beyond comfortable. We loved the terrace outside and the fact that we could have our 2 small dogs stay with us. We were all very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the the special touches (like all the flowers) made this rental very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again given the chance. Close to everything. We had an amazing time in Rehoboth and staying at this place had a lot to do with that! “The Epiphany-A Beautiful Place to Stay” My husband and I, along with our pets, enjoyed our stay at the Epiphany. The view was beautiful. Sitting at the dining room table, we lost track of time while watching the birds and ducks on the water. It is a wonderful place to relax and convenient to everything that Chincoteague and Assateague Islands have to offer. We loved the spaciousness, and the clean and inviting atmosphere. We hope to return soon.
