“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!

“Incredible!” Very clean and spacious. The place was well stocked and the owners are super nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place to everyone. It is close to everything yet in a quiet area. The pics in the listing dont do it justice. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. Thanks again for having us

“Very comfortable” The home was amazing, and the owner Anna had so much extra stuff there for your use that you wouldn’t think it was a rental!! Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to all my friends!! Our favorite thing was the huge king size pillows!! We love simple things in deed!!

“Treasure discovered in North Carolina.” We discovered a hidden treasure in the beautiful home of George and Eileen. Everything is at your fingertips, there are no worries...just relax and have fun.The beach is right there, and if you want to stay in, relax in the hot tub.The view is great from up there! “A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Perfect” Angi, Thank you for such a wonderful piece of heaven. Your home is so well appointed and so cozy we just felt right at home. We also are so appreciative that you allowed us to bring our four legged little girl. It made this vacation so stress free knowing she was with us. “Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.

“Lovely southern home with all amenities” This is the second time I have stayed at Saltaire and is the first time with my husband and son. What a terrific time it was. This place is just incredible. From the private pool and hot tub to a massive "man cave" complete with pool table, foosball, darts and more. My husband turned into a kid again playing with my son into the wee hours of the morning. Above all else, because Saltaire is pet-friendly, we were able to take our two Porties with us who made those long walks on the beach the absolute best. I can't recommend Saltaire enough if you are looking for an exquisite place to "call home" while on vacation in the Outer Banks!

“GREAT COTTAGE” This was the perfect cottage for my week at the beach. Has everything you need, clean, comfortable, and the location is awesome. You do not have to cross the road to walk up to the beach, so barefoot is fine, and it is just a short walk to the Pier, where there is food and entertainment. Outdoor shower and faucet make keeping the cottage clean easy, and the appliances appear to be nearly new. Hope to go back again next September.

“Beautiful cottage and perfect location” Having never been to the outer banks, I had no idea what to expect. I booked the cottage based on the pictures, description and Keith's quick response to my numerous questions. When we got there, we were amazed at how bright, clean and comfortable the cottage was not to mention the perfect location. My 4 and 6 year old daughters had a great time exploring the numerous beaches in the area and we were all able to windsurf right out the back door. Keith was great to deal with and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back.

“Wonderful Vacation in Beautiful Beach House” We spent the last week in May at this Beach House. Everything was included in this rental home. There are bikes to ride, sand toys, beach games, board games, video games, books, an extensive video collection, movie services, WIFI, full kitchen, hot tub, swimming pool, and a beautifully decorated home. We enjoyed our trip so much. We had so much to do even when it rained. My 2 year old son loved the bunk beds. Corolla Beach is just a close walk. I hope we can come again! I don't think I would stay anywhere else on the Outer Banks.
