“Beautiful and Comfortable Villa Levantes” Our adult family of five’s stay in Villa Levantes was excellent. The villa is like the pictures but much more beautiful in real life. The spectacular views from the villa decks and windows of the mountains and Nopigia beach were breathtaking. We enjoyed the rural setting with its very clean air, the olive groves, the goats on the mountain and the sheep and lambs romping in the field below. As well the landscaping around the villas is cleverly done so you are surrounded by beauty everywhere. The villa itself is well designed with lots of private spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for serious cooking. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all spacious, very comfortable and well designed. Our family felt at home immediately. Haris, Stefanos and their mother welcomed us to the villa with an amazing selection of Cretan delights of fruit, wine, beverages, pastries, breads etc. They also decorated the villa for Christmas and brought special homemade dessert on Christmas day so it was extra special to be there over the holidays. “A little piece of paradise!” We were fortunate to spend the month of May at Villa Klio in Sfinari, Crete. We arrived at the airport in Chania and were met by the car rental agent and a car that had been arranged by George or Kostas. We drove to Sfinari over the beautiful mountain roads admiring the spectacular scenery and avoiding goats on the road. We arrived at the villa to find the refrigerator stocked with Moussaka, salad, wine and bread as well as juice and water!! There was a beautiful bouquet of roses making the villa smell wonderful. What an amazing surprise and delicious meal. We found the villa to be very comfortable, a housekeeper came twice a week. The village of Sfinari is charming and has two small "supermarkets" and several restaurants. We loved walking to the beach and eating at the restaurants there and watching the sunset over the sea. We drove the 20 minute drive to Kissamos for larger stores with more variety. Western Crete has amazing beaches and water warm enough to bathe in even in May! We loved Falassarna Beach, just a short drive from the villa. Elafonisi beach is another spectacular beach with pink sand and shallow water. There is so much to do and see on the island of Crete, we highly recommend it as a vacation destination and recommend Villa Klio as very nice accommodation.

“Lovely location very quite and peaceful” The accommodation is very good. If you are looking for somewhere to stay which is very quiet and private this is ideal. The swimming pool and villa are well kept to a high standard and very clean. Hiring a car is essential and the local supermarket which has a greater selection is about 20 minutes drive to Kissamos.

“Super famely villa with great view and fantastic service close t” The house is great for 2 or 3 families together. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is perfect. The pool area has a lot of space, and you can moove the sun beds around if you want a little breece from the sea or not. The service is fantastic and the house will be cleaned two times a week. The people who rent out this villa are great. The owner met us in the middle of the night in the airport, and drive with us to the villa. It is tavernas in the area, and it is only 25 minutes driving to Chania sentrum. When you rent a car, you will be free to drive to all the nice places in the area. We rented this villa and our cars from George in chania-vacation.com and he did a great job. We recommend him! We will call him again when we will visit Crete.

“Above any expectation” We spent a fabolous week in Crete at Villa Pounentes. We were in 3 couples and the experience was above expectation. The owner, Haris, was very kind and ready to give us suggestions and help on any situation. The Villa is simply wonderful: wide rooms (each with a bathroom full furnished nearby), bright living room (with stereo hi-fi, tv lcd, comfortable sofa), functional kitchen and from anywhere great views on the Kissamos Bay. Outside a beatiful swimming pool. The Villa was very clean and a cleaning service occurs every 3 or 4 days. The Villa is located on a hill near Nopigia (5km from Kissamos) and there aren't nice beach near. However, with a car available, this is a good start point to reach all the beautiful locations of west Crete (Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna..). We absolutely recommend this rental to anyone wants to visit Crete.

“Memorable” I, my husband and sister spent a gorgeous week at Fenaretti's house this May. The house is charming and in the typical style of the region at a far remove from the generic tourist villas clustered together in communties near the beach. It is picturesquely situated in a small unspoilt village. While very close to the main square, it yet remains very private perched as it is on an elevation that commands a lovely view of hills, valley and olive groves with a sliver of sea visible at a distance. The house is in fact built at three levels into the slope of the hill itself, and with small patios at all three levels, the architecture is truly charming. The only negative here could be that it might not be convenient for elderly or disabled people to negotiate the steps up and down into the bedrooms very easily or frequently. The patios edged with rose bushes, bougainvillea and a prolifically fruiting lemon true are beautiful sit-outs especially in the evenings under the stars in a vast night sky and we have eaten memorable meals there at all times of the day. Local people, whether neighbours (a delightful lady came over one morning with a bag of apricots from her tree) or the grocery store owner were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Stores are well stocked with provisions despite the smallness of the village. And the gorgeous towns of Chania and Rethymno are within easy driving distance. The hosts who came to meet us at the airport were exceedingly helpful and since we did not have a car, arranged for us to contact a very knowledgeable guide who drove us around the island, and acquainted us many of Crete's less explored areas. On arrival we were greeted with a fresh oranges, wine and a welcome pack of breakfast provisions. All in all we carry many lovely and intimate memories. Thank you Fenaretti.

“Archon villa - pearl of Sfakia” Archon villa is a luxurious modern house, stylish, but absolutely well fitting to the landscape, very well equipped with everything You´ll need, with beautifull garden and verandas.Compliments to owner and architect! Situated in the middle of the wild Sfakia in absolute quietness - to hear only the wind an (far away) the ring-a-ding of the sheep´s bell. You need a car to drive the 12-15 winding, winding kms to the beaches or the town; but already in 8 km there is the village anidri with its most famous "Old School", where You´ll find a real fine cretan regional cuisine at its bests! Manya is great - so helpful and caring! You´ll be in the best hands ever.

“Perfect holidays” The house location is directly on the beach. The house is big, clean and has 1100 q.m. garten. In the garten there is a shower with hot water, which I loved it, tennis table and oven to grill which we used many times evening. The beach is very safe for small children and water is very clear. The beginning of July was about 25-30 degree with light breeze in the evening. The water was warm and not hot like in august. We booked 2 weeks beginning July 2013 with my wife, 2 years old son and my parents. We lived on the top floor with 3 bedrooms. Washer were changed after 1 week, there were a lot of big and small towels prepared for us. In the house there is a washing machine and a big refrigerator. There is also air-conditioning system in 2 bedrooms and a new baby's high chair my son used by eating. We had a breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view to the see and evening we ate on the second terrace inside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The supermarkets are in max. 5 minutes by car. We got everything in Inka supermarket, also fresh fish mornings. The bus station is directly near the hous. You can reach the old town Chania in 10 minutes by bus or by taxi. The price for taxi 7 EUR, bus is about 2 EUR I think. There are also good Greece restorants around 10 minutes to go and a lot of them in Chania old town. We arrived by car from Heraklion and there is a parking place inside of hause. You can also book some trips by small car-train to the mountaince or some other sightseeings. Natali and her husband Yannis were very helpfull for us and we had a lovely dinner last evening. Yannis cooked potato with chicken in the oven in the garten and we enjoyed it all together! We prepaid by 2 money bank transfers to Natali as it was described on her website. Based on the recommendations from other websites I trusted to do that. Just want to say again thank you very munch for our holidays.
