“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful place” We where two families of 13 had an opportunity to stay in this house for a week and we didn't want to leave. Myrna & Eric was very prompt to answer all the questions (1st time renter) and kindly work with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived, the house keeper was there to greet us with her smile and Alex the local manager to explain how everything was working. The house was everything that Myrna told us: a very big, clean, well kept, organized house. Everything we need was there so that we could have a very comfortable vacation. We felt very at home. The house is very private in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard, full of plants and trees to please our eyes. The pool were very well kept and inviting so our kids jumped right after we got situated. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach or 5 avenue. Both beach and 5 avenue was amazing. We highly recommend this house to all our friends and other families. Since we only had a week vacation this time, we plan to come back here when we visit Playa Del Carmen again. Hopefully, the house will be available for us again. Thank you to all. You made our vacation so wonderful.

“Loved it!” We loved the apartment!! The location was perfect - close to beach, shopping, taxis. The view spectacular. The apartment was quiet, clean, and well equipped. I highly recommend.

“Highly recommended” We recently stayed at Holiday Penthouse condominium and it exceeded all of our expectation. It has modern furniture and tastefully decorated. Not to mentioned the private rooftop with lounge chairs, outdoor shower to cool down and a nice view of the ocean. The condo is centrally located in Playa del Carmen, just two blocks away from Mamitas beach and a block away from 5th Avenue where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and convenient stores. Myrna, the owner, was very helpful assisting us and responded to all our queries promptly. We're looking forward to come back again.

“Centrally Located with charm” Ann was very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions prior to traveling. The apartment is as pictured. I felt very secure there and had all the amenities of staying in the heart of Playa del Carmen without the cost of a hotel. Ann was flexible with booking over New Year's Eve, while other places required a longer stay. The apartment was quaint, clean, and cool. We enjoyed our time there and would visit again.

“Pretty Suite, lovely courtyard and great location.” We enjoyed our stay very much. The courtyard is lovely and because this suite is the only one on the ground floor, no one else seems to use it. It was perfect to sit out by the pool or the seating area off the dining room. It was private enough for us but it is an open design with only one shower-not an issue for us either. Small sink and toilet room upstairs. We did feel that the price is a little high. Playa del Carmen seems to be getting more expensive. It is located on a quiet street and we found parking on the side streets and only on the first night, we had to park 6 or so blocks away(it was a Friday evening).

“Truly an " Oasis " in Paradise...” My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury residence for the entire month of February 2014. Condo is ideally located approximately 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 5th avenue ( main pedestrian walkway), 2 blocks from both large grocery outlets, Mega and Walmart,and close to innumerable restaurants. Staff at the building were always friendly, courteous and obliging. The pool and huge lounging area are magnificent and we often had the pool to ourselves. This condo is fully equipped with all amenities required by either short term or long term residents. Having vacationed in Playa for the past 5 consecutive years, we would rank this condo right up there with the best Playa has to offer. Found the owner, Mike,to be a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly consider staying here again !! Thanks Mike !!

“Loveliest, most relaxing holiday we've had.” We arrived to a beautiful building surrounded by flowers, cactus, trees and scrubs. Our condo had a very private terrace just off the pool and we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee there every morning and wine in the evening. The Condo has everything you would have at home, there are even books in the book shelves. The bed was comfy, with a terrace off the bedroom, so air conditioning wasn't even used. The two bathrooms were a treat, and shower was wonderful.Having an ongoing supply of water was really nice so I made fresh lime water daily to have in the fridge. They thought of everything,a list of suggestions for shopping, restaurants, which we tried them all, and were great, and found new ones, but loved the Pirates" fish restaurant" around the corner to the right, and up the block The Generala, is fairly new, just to the left as you leave the gate in the next block., lovely lady Muriel to greet you Best pizza and pasta just a few blocks toward the beach.and don't forget the ice cream shop. Playa is such a fun place. Then to come home to the Arena Blanca after a day out and be greeted by Miguel, the night security was such a good feeling of total trust that everything would be wonderful in the morning., and it always was!! Nadia, the manager was there for all your requests, Louis, is the reason for the beauty and tranquility, Ester and the girls, make it a true vacation of relaxation. Our condo included everything and a roof top terrace which we both loved. A plunge pool to cool off in, have a beer in and enjoy the sun, and a palapa, with table and chairs, for the shade. A quiet place for just the two of us to sleep, read, suntan, and enjoy the surrounding beauty. We cant' wait to go back, as it was so hard to leave.....They made it an inviting home away from home. “Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away. “Great place to explore Playa!” Very happy with this centrally located 2 bdrm 2 bathroom condo. Walking distance to everything! Evan McKenzie and his team really look after what you need. Soooo much better than being trapped in an all inclusive! Sorry that I don't have photos to share as they are all on my wife's phoNE. We traveled with young teenagers..... had a blast!

“Awesome Rooftop Condo in Perfect Playa location!” I had rented a condo one other time in Playa and I have to say the one thing that made this rental better was the personal response of the owner himself. Not only was the condo a great place but the owner made sure that the rental process was just as great. Ron was extremely helpful and supplied us with everything we needed to have the very best vacation experience. I would definitely rent Casa Dorothea again! The location of the condo is in the heart of Playa. Within walking distance to so many places including the Mega grocery store and Walmart. We had a private rooftop which is another huge asset. An awesome experience all around!
