“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!

“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. “Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Great vacation house!” We stayed here this weekend from Friday-Monday, and I can't express enough how've amazing the house was! It is in the perfect location and the house was in perfect condition, and the pool in the backyard was the perfect addition! “Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. “Absolutely wonderful experience!” My husband and I stayed in this unit for our honeymoon and we had the greatest time. We were even given flowers from the owners to congratulate us on getting married! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable. The building is a very short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing - we were able to watch them right from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience everything Marco Island has to offer.

“Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! We hope a return trip is in our future!
