“Paradise” The location of the house is wonderful, right on the beach, away from busy life, but still next to the main road. The view from the terrace is like a dream! The house is super clean and lovely decorated in French/Sri Lankan style. It offers all what one could need to feel like at home. We enjoyed breakfasts prepared and served by Pianti, and also diners apon the request. Ruwan would arrange day trips if we wanted and take us around with his tuk-tuk. There was also a guard of the house who would welcome us each day. Everyone made us feel great and at home at the property with their friendly faces. Many thanks to Annick and the stuff! We would sure come back or reccomed this place to a friend!

“Just Incredible...” Couldn't be happier with this accommodation! To start off the villa was in a great location (about 10 minutes drive from the main town), which was not a problem at all and was actually nice to be away from such a busy environment. A driver from the villa can be organised for a small cost which was very convenient when we didn't want to get the public bus. It was so nice to be staying right on the beach - and when you didn't want to swim in the beach we had our own private pool. The villas were extremely spacious with big beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff accommodated a few extras we had staying but we were all still very comfortable. Udith the Villa manager was extremely friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. It was always very nice to wake up and have a morning chat with Udith as he was always smiling and in such great spirits. The rest of the staff were also amazing! Always so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better people to be surrounded by. The in house chefs provide excellent food - our groups favourite being the chicken sandwiches. It is nice to be able to order whatever food you want at any time. We were supposed to stay only 5 nights, but extended because we didnt want to leave. Would definitely recommend these villa's. Great for a group of friends or a big family looking for a relaxing get away and a great time!

“A Perfect hideaway on the Beach” Never did I expect to find such a beautiful serene beach house off the main road away from Galle. This former fisherman's house is perched at the end of a fishermen's beach and set up slightly from the beach under the shade of trees. You approach the house end on and walk along the cool veranda, past the large sitting area with huge blue day mattresses to sleep on, past the kitchen and hammocks to individual bedrooms with vast beds and ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms off a veranda with views of the bay. The house is tastefully painted in shades of green and blue and has a simple but sophisticated feel about it. The place is idyllic. What better place to stay in Sri Lanka than here? Walk right along the bay, swimming and sea shell hunting. Have a cocktail whilst your cook creates a meal from local produce and fish as you watch the fishermen bring in their boats whilst the sun sets? What could be better?

“A truly awesome experience, and did I mention the VIEW..” Travelled to the Beach House, and arrived late at night. Woke in the morning to the most spectacular view, and sound of the ocean roaring. Took a few days to get used to the experience, (creepy crawly's) but by day 3, the family were loving it. To let my young boys play on the beach and next door at the Hotel with no hesitation, shows how safe and free we felt. Day trips in Tuk Tuks, were fun and so much to see nearby. Location of the Beach House in Hikkaduwa was very central, and food very very cheap. Having a Hotel next door that delivers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc, made life easy for the wife..(Hotel also has free Wifi) The holiday, bonded the family, and left us with great memories. We hope to visit again one day soon..

Elegant luxury, and barefoot bliss on an almost private beach

“Our magical stay at the Indian Ocean” This place was absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for over a week and we still regret we couldn't stay any longer. The beach villa is lovely decorated and feels like home. When you wake up you just have to walk out of the garden and you can have a nice refreshing swim in the sea without any other tourists. By moonlight you can have a shower in the bathroom that is located outside (there are also bathrooms inside btw). We remember relaxing in the garden under the swaying palmleaves whilst enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean. The food was fabolous which we got to enjoy several times. Wasante and Sarat (staff) were very friendly and hospitable. We would like to thank the owners, Nirmala and David for their great suggestions and warm hospitality. Hopefully we have the chance to come back to this beautiful place.
