“Relaxing!” We had a wonderful time!The game room was awesome. The cabin was nice and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We live in Hampton Roads, which is very busy and noisy,so to be on top of a mountain,and the only sounds were that of nature was a welcome change. We were very close to Luray Caverns, and the local Food Lion. We spent Saturday hiking in the woods around the cabin. Just loved it! The locals were the epitome of southern hospitality. I highly recommend Old Wagon Lodge. :)

“Great views in a very clean, comfortable cabin in the woods.” We truly enjoyed our too-brief stay in Grand View cabin. The views from the family room as well as from the deck are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotlessly clean and neat. We can't wait to come back again.

“Wonderful Retreat!” A great place to get away and relax! We loved every minute of our stay. It rained the entire weekend so we missed out on using the fire-pit and the hot-tub but we got to enjoy hearing the rain on the metal roof and the far off sound of the train. It was the perfect place for three close friends to unwind and catch up on each other's busy lives.

“Acorn Hill” House was very clean and well equipped. Owners were exceptional in assisting us with a very minor issue. Beds were comfortable. House was centrally located, short drive to area attractions. Wish there was a view of the river but the sunrises were beautiful!

“The property fulfilled exactly as it was advertised providing exactly the amenities we required for our stay.” Forest Glenn provided us with the amenities we required so that we were not burdened having to pack a multitude of extra luggage and utensils. The dog also had a wonderful week whom Becky and David welcomed to their property. The setting is quiet and serene making it a spectacular setting for R&R. This provided us with a central location to visit the sites we had planned to see. (Shenandoah National Park 3x's, a bear in the wild, Smithsonian Air And Space museum at Dulles, Monticello, Virginia civil war museum, and the George Washington National Forest.( A lot of good hiking trails. At least 2 handicapped accessible.)

“perfect place to ring in the new year” My family and dog had a great stay - convenient to national park, caverns, and Walmart. Very clean and well maintained - just wish it had a dishwasher. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely consider going back. The big yard and river front were spectacular for a fire and our dog to run around.

“Absolute Dream Location” Clancy, my dog and I spent an amazing week at this location. Kim and her family were amazing. The rental had absolutely everything you could ask for and much more. Clearly Kim and Co. have made this an upscale, homey spot for anyone wanting beach time. Speaking of the beach, the views off the deck are some of the finest I've ever seen both morning and night. I got up early every morning, just to watch the sunrise. The beach is clean, an easy walk and friendly for kids, dogs and people. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful vacation.

“Perfect for our family of 14 - ages 1 through 65.” This was our first experience renting a house during a family vacation. It was absolutly wonderful. Patricia was so helpful and patient with all of my question which were often and many. The house was big enough to hold us all and give us places to share together playing cards and talking and places to retreat as needed. We were close to things we needed like the grocery store. There was a bus stop in front of the house and many others within walking distance. We had three cars and a small U-Haul and all could be parked at the house free. The drive to the metro was a pleasant one. I would recommend this house to anyone taking their family to the Washington DC area. Thanks Patricia for everything!

“The Epiphany-A Beautiful Place to Stay” My husband and I, along with our pets, enjoyed our stay at the Epiphany. The view was beautiful. Sitting at the dining room table, we lost track of time while watching the birds and ducks on the water. It is a wonderful place to relax and convenient to everything that Chincoteague and Assateague Islands have to offer. We loved the spaciousness, and the clean and inviting atmosphere. “Fantastic!” This was our first time to visit Chincoteague and it was awesome! Snug Harbor was exactly as described including the beautiful views. The location was great because you were close to downtown and getting to the beach was easy. I had envisioned renting kayaks but my husband didn't really want to so we went on a boat tour with Captain John. Such a good call, we got to see so much and the Captain was so interesting you could tell how much he loved the area. If I was going to nitpick, I wish there had been a hook in the bathroom to hang our towels but it was easy to make due. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
