Very nice apartment, Maisonette, 45 m² Carrez + 18 m² on the 1st and last floor in a private residence with shaded parking, on the cord lagoon of la Marana, 20 minutes from the port of Bastia (Haute-Corse) and 10 minutes from the airport, with direct access to the beach less than 50 m without any road to cross.
Many shops nearby: express Leclerc, caterer, bakery, tobacco-press, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants...
Possibility to practice sports: track cycling, diving, sailing, horseback riding, etc...
The apartment consists: on the ground floor: * kitchen equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, gas hob 4 burners, coffee maker, Blender, robot, crockery, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing with iron... * a lounge with sofa bed convertible into a bed 160 X 190, coffee table, TV 82 cm LCD, Clim reversible.
* a balcony with view on the sea, electric barbecue and garden furniture;
* a bathroom equipped with a WC, shower, bidet, washbasin, heated towel rack, drying rack wall laundry, hair dryer and Cabinet;
* one bedroom with bed 160 X 190, two large wardrobes, TV, clock radio and screen to the window.
