Description
We are now taking bookings for July, August and September 2020, we shall be following a fully Covid 19 approved cleaning schedule and we shall be leaving a day between all bookings during these 3 months.
Check out will be 10am on day of departure and checking in at 4pm day of arrival.
Our cancellation policy is extremely friendly with a full 100% refund should the government advise against travel.
Located right on the beach, Windsor House is a generous holiday home that accomodates 8 comfortably. Overlooking Borth beach, many rooms have sea views. The outdoor terrace is an ideal location for alfresco sunset dining where dolphins are often spotted in the sea.
Set out over 4 stories, Windsor House is a rambling town house which is an ideal base for beach and walking holidays. An upstairs living room allows stunning views over the Cardigan Bay Coastline and the breathtaking sunsets.
Borth is a traditional Welsh holiday destination with several pubs and cafes, independent shops and galleries. Local fishermen catch lobster and bass that are available for purchase on the beach.
Nearby Aberystwyth is a bustling university town with many attractions.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance is up a few steps to the front door. Hallway leads through to spacious and modern open plan kitchen/dining area with table, chairs and sofas. To the back of the house is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and shower room with downstairs toilet. The kitchen houses French windows that open out onto the decked terrace. Access to the cellar is also through the kitchen, where there are wetsuits and sea kayaks.
FIRST FLOOR: Landing leads to upstairs sitting room that looks out over the sea with two sofas. First bedroom houses a double bed with fitted wardrobe and clothes rail.
SECOND FLOOR: Family bathroom with shower and bath overlooking the sea. Second bedroom with bunkbeds and lounge chair that overlooks the sea. Third bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
THIRD FLOOR: Grand master bedroom suite set in the eaves of the roof. King size bed and cot with stunning views of the sea through large Velux windows. Modern ensuite with freestanding bath that overlooks the sea.

Private decked terrace that leads directly onto the beach through a small gate. Facing West, the sunsets are breathtaking and the sky endless. Dolphins and mackerel are often seen swimming and diving in the area. A large wooden dining table can seat up to 10 for alfresco dining.

“Another relaxing stay”
Another relaxing stay at Windsor House. Even though we had a few minor issues these were dealt with for us . Our stay was made even better by the glorious weather we had . Always amazes me just how many facilities and ‘extras’ are included in the house . We even had milk in the fridge on arrival . Hope to stay again soon
