The Lions’ Den is a 4800 square foot gorgeous new home located in Scituate, MA – close to both Boston and Cape Cod. It features incredible views of the ocean with 6 decks and a widow's walk. Best panoramic view in Town.

Nowhere will you find a residence designed specifically for large groups such as extended family reunions, wedding functions. Bring the whole family, cousins and in-laws with all tile heated floor baths.

20+ persons, designed for informal beach comfort, fun and relaxation. Home includes all modern appliances, gas cooking, pantry/bar, wine cooler, refrigerated beer keg dispenser and other over the top amenities.

In total: 4 levels, 3 living rooms, 2 dining areas (service for 30), fully equipped kitchen with separate prep area, 2 laundry, 2 saunas, 2 hot tubs, whirlpool and steam, additional sleeper couches, seasonal décor, Off-street parking.

Rainy day activities: 12 Smart Televisions surround sound, DVD player, PlayStation4, WII, Board games.

Enclosed hardscape courtyard patio with bar, grille, fire pit, hot tub, and fountain led landscape lights.

Widows walk with panoramic views and 8 persons hot tub.

State of the art technology is available including a computer, printer, broadband & wifi, cell phone booster, 4K Ultra HD television and HD smart TV’s in all bedrooms and suites.

Beach & deck furniture are included as well as bath and beach towels.

Handicap accessible stair lift to the first floor.

All bedrooms are carpeted and ceilings/floors have sound insulation. Windows have shade blinds with curtains. All rooms have ocean views and shared decks. 2 King and 8 queen luxury firm beds with high count linens, extra pillows.

Home was built to conform or exceed all 2014 local zoning and state building codes. Steel reinforced wood frame construction.

All rooms have dimmable led lighting, energy saving appliances and high efficiency Heating air conditioning and hot water. All house water is filtered. Whole house gas generator insures no loss of power.

Rental includes kitchen, bath and laundry soaps, paper supplies and normal spice condiments.

200’ to beach and walking distance to general store, lighthouse, harbor and village.

Located 17 miles south of Downtown Boston and Logan Airport. The T train is minutes away for easy access to Boston. Cape Cod and Plymouth Rock is 30 miles away.

Freedom boat club, fishing charters, sailing lessons, water sports, multiple golf courses, historical sites from 1636. All faith churches are nearby.
