“No housekeeping.”

Charged me $70 housekeeping fee and still had to wash my own sheets and provide my own toilet paper. Housekeeping didn't show up once.

Typically any linens stained like this are taken out of rotation and replaced. I have asked my Operations Supervisor to make sure that this has been taken care of.
