This beautiful property is situated 10 minutes south of Breckenridge off of Route 9 and is just 10 minutes from Main Street. The shuttle picks up at the corner of Hwy. 9 and Calle de Plata, 5 minute walk from the home.

- Although you can't walk to town, the property is only a 10 minute drive from Breckenridge Main Street.

- 4WD/AWD/chains are highly recommended in the winter, but you'll love the scenic views and privacy

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. Response from the manager We are so pleased you enjoyed Casa de Plata. The entire home was spring deep cleaned in May and all the comforters were dry cleaned - we use environmentally friendly and non-scented deteregent because so many people have allergies now.
