Six indulgent Texas Ranch style guesthouses are available for your group to enjoy and each have striking views of Lake Buchanan and the Hill Country. These homes have charm and warmth that is often missing in large hotels and conference centers. All are decorated with a Southwestern flare and each has its own unique ambiance.
Guesthouses are privately located and each has a full kitchen, outdoor grill, a cozy fireplace for your group to gather around, flat screen TV’s and high speed internet access.
Each of the houses is supplied with comfortable linens, blankets, towels, sustainable bath products, coffee, coffeemaker, alarm clock/radio, and hair dryer.
We prefer to rent the ranch as a whole, but are willing to work with you on a case-by-case basis if you only need a few of the homes available to meet the needs of your group.
On our gorgeous 60 acre facility you will find a lighted sports course, fire pit, outdoor kitchen/dining area, dock, tire swing, horseshoe pit, motocross track, tennis court, and plenty of outdoor seating.
Another huge benefit of staying at the M5 ranch is the built-in entertainment Lone Star Peak Performance offers. Allow your group to step out of their everyday routine and experience something exciting, adventurous, fun and life changing! With your input, our certified facilitators will develop custom programs that target specific areas to help you reach your desired goals. The entire experience is facilitated by our highly motivated, caring, and qualified staff.
Some of the experiences we offer (for an additional fee) are: Paintball, High Ropes, Low Ropes, Orienteering, Texas Survival, Primitive Weapons, Cave Rescue Mission, and Leader Reaction Course.
We can also arrange top of the line catering services for your time at M5.
Our catering team will provide you more than than just a food experience! Our team will coordinate all of the special touches you desire, from music to specialty linens and wine selections. Our full service team will take care of your event from beginning to end so you can relax and enjoy your time at the M5.

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
