Ventanas Residences is a gated and guarded community located high on the hill above Cabo featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo, the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. Ventanas offers many amenities and the peaceful location. Close enough to town to be convenient and far enough to be relaxing and peaceful. About 10 minutes to downtown Cabo, 5 minutes to Costco and Walmart.

About Casa Hawk's Nest~

Located on the top floor, our 1200 sq. ft. air conditioned condo is not just a rental property. It is our home away from home. We have done everything we can to make our guests feel at home as well. Many pieces of furniture were designed by myself in collaboration with the incredibly talented gentleman that built them for us. Our primary goal is for those entering our condo to feel stress free.

Bedrooms~

The master bedroom features a custom built king size bed with a high quality Sealy Posturepedic mattress, high thread count sheets and plush pillows. Large shutter windows open to living room welcoming natural light.

The second bedroom features 2 extra long twin beds with high quality Sealy Posturpedic mattresses that can be converted to a king size bed. Large built-in closet contains plenty of drawers.

Both bedrooms have independent remote controlled air conditioning, clock radios with phone charging capability, 40in. Samsung Led TVs and BluRay DVD players.

Living Room~

All new quality furniture allows for plenty of comfortable seating. Broyhill sleeper sofa contains a queen size AirDream mattress for outstanding comfort. Enjoy a movie night on the 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. There is a BluRay DVD player & stereo with CD and cassette player for added entertainment. All TVs have long HDMI cables for connecting personal tech items. Great for viewing pictures taken out on adventures or streaming movies.

Bathrooms~

Master bedroom has a beautiful private bathroom with double sink vanity, spacious walk-in shower and private toilet closet The large dressing area has an abundance of closet space and all the drawers you need to feel at home.

2nd bathroom also contains large walk in shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of quality towels, including large beach towels.

Kitchen and Dining~

Fully stocked kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge. We have made every effort to be sure to include any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking or even baking at home. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The breakfast bar seats 4 comfortably. Custom made dining table seats 6 and is on casters so it can easily be moved to terrace to enjoy meals at sunrise or sunset. Terrace has large gourmet propane BBQ grill to cook your catch of the day or some tasty carne asada from a local butcher shop.

Terrace~

Over 20 feet of sliding glass doors open up on to the 275 sq. ft. terrace transforming it into an outdoor living space. Sturdy comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy relaxing outside taking in the view and fresh air. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a margarita in the afternoon, there is plenty of space for friends and family to relax endlessly.

FREE WIFI and telephone for local calls are included with condo rental.

Fitness~

The club house is right next door offering a complete selection of exercise equipment. Cardio machines, free weights, weight machines or yoga...you will find just what you need for fitness while enjoying the view of the swimming pool.

Others~

The condo has parking spots. The elevator is directly across from entrance to unit making it wheelchair accessible. There is also a washer and dryer in condo. We have installed a FULL condo water filtration system. Every drop of water entering condo is filtered and safe to drink.

NOTE.- The property is cleaned and is disinfected prior to any arrival , also we provide cleaning products and sanitizer for your comfort and enjoyment

The apartment is fully equipped with all what we needed and more. It make us a very confortable stay. Additionally, it has the best view to The Arch and Los Cabos. Definitely we will come back.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
