The ultra-luxurious, hillside property lies within the premier, private El Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas, a community of multi-million dollar homes and Old World charm. There are electronic gates with a security guard stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Guards also patrol by automobile for added well-being.
It's in the ideal location for walking the charming cobblestone streets to get to the Marina, to downtown Cabo shopping & dining, as well as to Cabo's famous nightlife. You will also enjoy the exclusive amenities available only to Pedregal residents and guests, such as access to the magnificent Pacific Ocean beach and Private Tennis Club. World class golf courses are just a short drive away.
Each room of the condo has been professionally decorated, is air-conditioned, and offers all the comforts of home.
